【摘要】：巨災(zāi)保險(xiǎn)立法既有專項(xiàng)立法、綜合立法之分,又有單獨(dú)立法、修訂立法、補(bǔ)充立法之別。專項(xiàng)立法是我國巨災(zāi)保險(xiǎn)法律制度的當(dāng)下選擇,綜合性單獨(dú)立法模式則是我國巨災(zāi)保險(xiǎn)法律制度的最終選擇。應(yīng)對(duì)我國巨災(zāi)保險(xiǎn)立法的短期、中期、長期目標(biāo)予以初步規(guī)劃。
[Abstract]:Catastrophe insurance legislation includes special legislation, comprehensive legislation, separate legislation, revised legislation, and supplementary legislation. Special legislation is the current choice of the legal system of catastrophe insurance in China, and the comprehensive individual legislative model is the final choice of the legal system of catastrophe insurance in China. The short-term, medium-term and long-term objectives of catastrophe insurance legislation in China should be preliminarily planned.
