【摘要】：近年來,由于環(huán)境保護的需要,可持續(xù)發(fā)展的經(jīng)濟模式已經(jīng)成為必然趨勢。制造業(yè)綠色工藝創(chuàng)新就是在這種背景下產(chǎn)生的以低能耗、低污染、高效率為目標的生產(chǎn)研發(fā)模式。綠色工藝創(chuàng)新路徑是制造業(yè)在實施綠色工藝創(chuàng)新的過程中采取的途徑與方式方法,選擇恰當?shù)木G色工藝創(chuàng)新路徑對制造業(yè)綠色工藝創(chuàng)新的發(fā)展至關(guān)重要。技術(shù)創(chuàng)新路徑及其演化已被許多學者關(guān)注和研究,本文試圖利用生物學中的生態(tài)位理論來探討制造業(yè)綠色工藝創(chuàng)新路徑的演化,發(fā)現(xiàn)我國制造業(yè)綠色工藝創(chuàng)新路徑的演化規(guī)律。本文首先回顧了我國制造業(yè)綠色工藝創(chuàng)新的發(fā)展歷程與現(xiàn)狀、分析其存在的問題,對綠色工藝創(chuàng)新生態(tài)位內(nèi)涵進行了闡述,剖析了綠色工藝創(chuàng)新生態(tài)位與綠色工藝創(chuàng)新路徑的關(guān)系,進而明析了綠色工藝創(chuàng)新生態(tài)位與綠色工藝創(chuàng)新路徑演化的關(guān)系。在探究綠色工藝創(chuàng)新路徑演化機理的基礎(chǔ)上,將綠色工藝創(chuàng)新路徑演化的影響因素歸納為綠色工藝創(chuàng)新資源生態(tài)位因子、綠色工藝創(chuàng)新技術(shù)生態(tài)位因子、綠色工藝創(chuàng)新需求生態(tài)位因子、綠色工藝創(chuàng)新制度生態(tài)位因子,構(gòu)建了以這四個創(chuàng)新生態(tài)位因子為推動基因的制造業(yè)綠色工藝創(chuàng)新路徑演化NK模型,由適應(yīng)度景觀得到綠色工藝創(chuàng)新生態(tài)位演變的四個路徑,總結(jié)出綠色工藝創(chuàng)新生態(tài)位與綠色工藝創(chuàng)新路徑的梯度演化關(guān)系。最后以我國機床制造業(yè)為例,對我國機床制造業(yè)綠色工藝創(chuàng)新路徑演化進行了案例分析,并提出推動其發(fā)展的依據(jù)和建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, due to the need of environmental protection, the economic model of sustainable development has become an inevitable trend. Manufacturing green process innovation is a low energy consumption, low pollution, high efficiency production R & D model. The path of green process innovation is the way and method adopted in the process of implementing green process innovation in manufacturing industry. It is very important to choose the proper path of green process innovation for the development of green process innovation in manufacturing industry. The path of technological innovation and its evolution have been paid attention to and studied by many scholars. This paper attempts to explore the evolution of green technological innovation path in manufacturing industry by using the niche theory in biology, and find out the evolution law of green technological innovation path in manufacturing industry in China. Firstly, this paper reviews the development course and present situation of green process innovation in manufacturing industry in China, analyzes its existing problems, and expounds the niche connotation of green process innovation. The relationship between green process innovation niche and green process innovation path is analyzed, and the relationship between green process innovation niche and green process innovation path evolution is analyzed. On the basis of exploring the evolution mechanism of green process innovation path, the influencing factors of green process innovation path evolution are summed up as green process innovation resource niche factor and green process innovation technology niche factor. Green process innovation demand niche factor, green process innovation system niche factor, the four innovation niche factors as the promotion gene for the manufacturing industry green process innovation path evolution NK model. The four paths of green technological innovation niche evolution were obtained from the landscape adaptation, and the gradient evolution relationship between green process innovation niche and green process innovation path was summarized. Finally, taking the machine tool manufacturing industry of our country as an example, the paper analyzes the evolution of green process innovation path in China's machine tool manufacturing industry, and puts forward the basis and suggestions to promote its development.
