【摘要】：隨著中國——東盟自貿(mào)區(qū)的成立、橋頭堡建設(shè)以及“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略的實施,給云南對外貿(mào)易提供了有利的條件。緬甸作為云南最大的貿(mào)易伙伴,雙方之間的經(jīng)貿(mào)合作不斷發(fā)展,盡管雙方在地理位置、邊貿(mào)往來、資源稟賦等方面有很多的優(yōu)勢和共性,但是云南與緬甸商品經(jīng)貿(mào)發(fā)展中遇到了很多的問題,在迎接機遇的同時也要面對很多的挑戰(zhàn)。本文首先探討了云南與緬甸發(fā)展經(jīng)貿(mào)的重要性,從區(qū)位優(yōu)勢、資源優(yōu)勢、政策優(yōu)勢等方面來進行闡述。接著分析了云南與緬甸商品貿(mào)易發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,從云南與緬甸兩個方面來分析商品貿(mào)易發(fā)展中出現(xiàn)的問題,云南方面的主要問題為貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)不合理、商品質(zhì)量存在問題、缺乏復(fù)合型人才以及基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施不完善,而貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)的不合理主要體現(xiàn)在對外貿(mào)易商品結(jié)構(gòu)是單一的、邊境貿(mào)易占了較大比重、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)影響外貿(mào)結(jié)構(gòu)；緬甸方面存在的問題主要為緬甸貿(mào)易逆差嚴(yán)重、部分地區(qū)戰(zhàn)事不斷、交通設(shè)施和信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)不完善；另外雙方邊境結(jié)算方式也存在問題。從云南方面來說,應(yīng)優(yōu)化貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu),加強基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、培養(yǎng)專業(yè)人才等來加快與緬甸的貿(mào)易合作。
[Abstract]:With the establishment of the China-ASEAN Free Trade area, the construction of bridgehead and the implementation of the "Belt and Road" strategy, it has provided favorable conditions for Yunnan's foreign trade. Myanmar, as Yunnan's largest trading partner, has continuously developed economic and trade cooperation between the two sides. Although the two sides have many advantages and commonalities in terms of geographical location, border trade exchanges, resource endowments, etc., however, there are many problems encountered in the development of commodity trade between Yunnan and Myanmar. At the same time, there are many challenges to be faced with. This paper first discusses the importance of developing economic and trade between Yunnan and Myanmar, from the advantages of location and resources. Then it analyzes the current situation of the development of commodity trade between Yunnan and Myanmar, and analyzes the problems in the development of commodity trade from the two aspects of Yunnan and Myanmar. The main problems in Yunnan are unreasonable trade structure. There are problems in commodity quality, lack of complex talents and imperfect infrastructure. The unreasonable structure of trade is mainly reflected in the fact that the commodity structure of foreign trade is single, border trade accounts for a large proportion, and the industrial structure affects the structure of foreign trade. The main problems in Myanmar are the serious trade deficit in Myanmar, the continuous fighting in some areas, the imperfection of transportation facilities and information networks, and the problems in the settlement of the border between the two sides. From the perspective of Yunnan, the trade structure should be optimized. Strengthen infrastructure and train professionals to speed up trade cooperation with Myanmar.
