【摘要】：近年來,江蘇省外貿(mào)出口額不斷攀升。2014年江蘇省外貿(mào)發(fā)展進(jìn)入“新常態(tài)”,全年出口總額3418.7億美元,在總量和位次上都僅次于廣東省。作為外貿(mào)出口大省,江蘇省同時(shí)也是我國(guó)重要的勞動(dòng)密集型產(chǎn)品出口大省。在江蘇省的外貿(mào)和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展史上,勞動(dòng)密集型產(chǎn)品出口在解決就業(yè)問題、拉動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)等諸多方面發(fā)揮著不可替代的作用,加之該省具有發(fā)展勞動(dòng)密集型產(chǎn)品出口得天獨(dú)厚的自然條件,因此,一度得到省政府大力支持,成為江蘇省外貿(mào)出口的傳統(tǒng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。但隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,江蘇省勞動(dòng)密集型產(chǎn)品出口面臨越來越多的問題。在國(guó)內(nèi),隨著省內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,不斷上漲的勞動(dòng)力成本擠壓產(chǎn)品利潤(rùn),使得江蘇省在國(guó)際市場(chǎng)上的低價(jià)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)策略日益難以為繼,不少國(guó)外客商紛紛到東南亞國(guó)家甚至歐洲落后國(guó)家尋找新的供貨商;在國(guó)際上,由于中國(guó)長(zhǎng)期以來在國(guó)際市場(chǎng)上扮演著“低價(jià)供貨商”的角色,使得各進(jìn)口國(guó)的國(guó)內(nèi)工業(yè)受到很大沖擊,因此,貿(mào)易摩擦與反傾銷控訴不斷。面對(duì)上述問題,許多學(xué)者對(duì)江蘇省勞動(dòng)密集型產(chǎn)品出口前景堪憂,江蘇省勞動(dòng)密集型產(chǎn)品出口是否仍具有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力?出路在何方?本文以研究江蘇省勞動(dòng)密集型產(chǎn)品出口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力為主線,在分析江蘇省勞動(dòng)密集型產(chǎn)品出口現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,采用指數(shù)分析和計(jì)量分析相結(jié)合的方法,對(duì)江蘇省勞動(dòng)密集型產(chǎn)品出口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行定量分析并得出結(jié)論,在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)提高江蘇省勞動(dòng)密集型產(chǎn)品出口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和實(shí)現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)提出具有針對(duì)性的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, Jiangsu's foreign trade exports have been rising. In 2014, Jiangsu's foreign trade development entered a "new normal", with a total export value of 341.87 billion US dollars in the whole year, which is second only to Guangdong Province in terms of total volume and rank. As a major province of foreign trade exports, Jiangsu Province is also an important export province of labor-intensive products in China. In the history of Jiangsu's foreign trade and economic development, the export of labor-intensive products is solving the employment problem. Economic growth and many other aspects play an irreplaceable role, coupled with the province's unique natural conditions for developing labor-intensive product exports, so it was once strongly supported by the provincial government. It has become the traditional advantage of Jiangsu's foreign trade export. But with the development of the economy, Jiangsu's labor-intensive products export is facing more and more problems. At home, with the development of the province's economy, the rising labor costs are squeezing the profits of the products. The low price competition strategy of Jiangsu Province in the international market has become increasingly difficult to sustain. Many foreign businessmen have been looking for new suppliers in Southeast Asian countries and even the backward countries in Europe. As China has long been playing the role of "low price supplier" in the international market, the domestic industry of each importing country has been greatly affected. Therefore, trade frictions and anti-dumping charges are constantly being filed. Faced with the above problems, Many scholars are worried about the prospect of the export of labor-intensive products in Jiangsu Province. Is the export of labor-intensive products still competitive? Where's the way out? Based on the study of the export competitiveness of labor-intensive products in Jiangsu Province, this paper analyzes the current situation of the export of labor-intensive products in Jiangsu Province, and adopts the method of combining index analysis and econometric analysis. On the basis of quantitative analysis of export competitiveness of labor-intensive products in Jiangsu Province, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for improving export competitiveness of labor-intensive products in Jiangsu Province and realizing transformation and upgrading.
