【摘要】：作為服務(wù)貿(mào)易的重要組成部分,金融服務(wù)貿(mào)易不僅關(guān)乎著一個(gè)國(guó)家的經(jīng)濟(jì)繁榮和社會(huì)和諧,而且對(duì)于世界貿(mào)易的發(fā)展也起到明顯的促進(jìn)作用。在抓住銀行業(yè)對(duì)外開(kāi)放給中國(guó)帶來(lái)的發(fā)展機(jī)遇的同時(shí),中國(guó)也要迎接金融業(yè)在卷入這場(chǎng)世界經(jīng)濟(jì)市場(chǎng)潮流后,隨之而來(lái)的更大的困難和挑戰(zhàn)。本文以中國(guó)和美國(guó)金融服務(wù)貿(mào)易在近10年的進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),運(yùn)用圖表分析和比較分析的方式,研究中美金融服務(wù)貿(mào)易的差距,從而發(fā)現(xiàn)中國(guó)金融服務(wù)貿(mào)易發(fā)展中存在的問(wèn)題。研究結(jié)果表明,中國(guó)金融服務(wù)貿(mào)易發(fā)展中存在著較大的問(wèn)題,具體表現(xiàn)在：金融服務(wù)貿(mào)易進(jìn)出口布局不合理,貿(mào)易類型結(jié)構(gòu)失衡,金融服務(wù)業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力低下而且行業(yè)中高素質(zhì)人才匱乏,金融服務(wù)貿(mào)易開(kāi)放度不高,金融服務(wù)貿(mào)易市場(chǎng)的監(jiān)管力度不夠。因此,針對(duì)發(fā)展中存在的這些問(wèn)題,我們要深化金融體制改革,優(yōu)化金融服務(wù)貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu),提高金融服務(wù)業(yè)的創(chuàng)新能力,加強(qiáng)金融人才的培養(yǎng),鼓勵(lì)金融機(jī)構(gòu)“走出去”,建立完善的金融監(jiān)管體系等,提升中國(guó)綜合國(guó)力和金融服務(wù)業(yè)的國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:As an important part of service trade, financial service trade is not only related to a country's economic prosperity and social harmony. And it also plays a significant role in promoting the development of world trade. While seizing the development opportunities brought to China by the opening up of the banking industry, China must also welcome the financial industry in the wake of the current trend of the world economic market. Based on the import and export trade data of China and the United States in the past 10 years, this paper studies the gap between China and the United States in financial services trade by means of chart analysis and comparative analysis. The results show that there are some problems in the development of China's financial services trade. The trade type structure is out of balance, the innovation ability of the financial service industry is low and the talents of high quality in the industry are scarce, the opening degree of the financial service trade is not high, and the supervision of the financial services trade market is not strong enough. Therefore, in view of these problems existing in the development, We should deepen the reform of the financial system, optimize the structure of financial services trade, improve the innovative ability of the financial services industry, strengthen the training of financial personnel, encourage financial institutions to "go out", and establish a sound financial supervision system. Enhance China's overall national strength and the international competitiveness of the financial services industry.
