【摘要】:績效考核領(lǐng)域的研究深耕而常新。本文采用理論分析法、訪談法等研究了 YZ百貨商城內(nèi)部的考核指標(biāo)體系的建構(gòu)與應(yīng)用研究。文章的核心內(nèi)容包括理論研究,公司分析和績效分析,績效指標(biāo)構(gòu)建研究與指標(biāo)檢驗(yàn),管理行為研究及績效配套措施,研究結(jié)論及展望等部分,主要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新是充分考慮了實(shí)踐性,包括兩個(gè)方面,其一是引入了組織行為的分析,其二是理論與企業(yè)實(shí)際操作行為相結(jié)合。流通為商品增加了價(jià)值,本文選取的研究對象屬于零售行業(yè)的百貨商城,作為供應(yīng)鏈中非常重要的一環(huán),百貨商城為人們的生活提供了便利,為商品的銷售提供了平臺(tái),研究百貨商城的指標(biāo)體系,是對流通的提升,也是對資源的利用和節(jié)約。本文從一家百貨商城的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)入手,結(jié)合研究對象的自身特點(diǎn),對百貨商城的績效指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建,對其運(yùn)營管理進(jìn)行了深入的剖析。在理論研究方面,本文著重介紹了績效管理和組織行為的相關(guān)理論知識(shí);績效管理和組織行為關(guān)系的理論研究;平衡計(jì)分卡相關(guān)研究。在現(xiàn)狀分析方面,本文針對性地介紹了公司的基本情況;通過對YZ百貨商城問卷的統(tǒng)計(jì)與解讀剖析了企業(yè)的考核狀況;根據(jù)現(xiàn)狀和研究得出公司現(xiàn)存問題,確定了研究的基本思路。在指標(biāo)構(gòu)建研究部分,本文通過環(huán)境分析的除了企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略,按照平衡記分卡進(jìn)行了分解,隨后以運(yùn)營部和財(cái)務(wù)經(jīng)理為例進(jìn)行了部門和員工的指標(biāo)分解,并最終形成了 YZ公司自己的平衡計(jì)分卡體系。本文對指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行了組織行為方面的檢驗(yàn);對權(quán)重的設(shè)定、分?jǐn)?shù)的計(jì)算以及權(quán)重的管理進(jìn)行了分析研究;對指標(biāo)體系的其他方面進(jìn)行了研究。在管理行為分析和保障措施部分,本文對四個(gè)層面各指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了管理行為的分析,闡述了指標(biāo)與行為間的關(guān)系,從公司管理和績效管理的方面進(jìn)行了檢驗(yàn),制定了相應(yīng)的績效配套措施等。管理行為是企業(yè)日常工作中開展的活動(dòng),這些活動(dòng)包括計(jì)劃、組織等,是指標(biāo)達(dá)成的前提;配套措施則圍繞著企業(yè)的績效管理活動(dòng)進(jìn)行了細(xì)致研究,在公司層面進(jìn)行了保障。在研究結(jié)論和展望部分,本文對研究過程進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并根據(jù)研究過程得出了相應(yīng)的結(jié)論;對研究的展望方面,主要是跟蹤研究,包括動(dòng)態(tài)分析和團(tuán)隊(duì)研究。綜上所述,論文通過對公司現(xiàn)狀、環(huán)境、發(fā)展階段及戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)進(jìn)行分析,運(yùn)用平衡計(jì)分卡對YZ公司關(guān)鍵績效指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了構(gòu)建和檢驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì),并進(jìn)行了管理行為分析和管理優(yōu)化,該研究有利于了解績效考核從戰(zhàn)略到行為的過程,了解百貨商城的運(yùn)營模式,為公司的績效管理提供依據(jù)和保障。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the construction and application of the evaluation index system in YZ department store by using theoretical analysis method and interview method. The core content of this paper includes theoretical research. Company analysis and performance analysis, performance index construction research and index testing, management behavior research and performance matching measures, research conclusions and prospects, the main innovation is to fully consider the practicality, including two aspects, One is the introduction of the analysis of organizational behavior, the other is the combination of theory and practical operation behavior of enterprises. Circulation adds value to commodities. The research object of this paper is the department store of retail industry. As a very important link in the supply chain, the department store provides convenience for people's life, provides the platform for the sale of commodities, studies the index system of the department store, is the promotion of circulation. This paper starts with the strategic goal of a department store, combines the characteristics of the research object, and makes a systematic construction of the performance index of the department store. In the theoretical research, this paper focuses on the theoretical knowledge of performance management and organizational behavior, the relationship between performance management and organizational behavior, the relationship between performance management and organizational behavior, the relationship between performance management and organizational behavior, and the relationship between performance management and organizational behavior. In the current situation analysis, this paper introduces the basic situation of the company, through the YZ department store questionnaire statistics and analysis of the status quo of the enterprise; According to the present situation and the research, the basic idea of the research is determined. In the part of the index construction research, in addition to the enterprise strategy, the paper decomposes according to the balanced scorecard through the environmental analysis. Then take the operations department and the finance manager as an example to carry on the department and the employee's index decomposition, and finally formed the YZ company's own balanced scorecard system. This article has carried on the organization behavior aspect test to the index system, has set the weight to the weight, The calculation of scores and the management of weights are analyzed, and other aspects of the index system are studied. In the part of management behavior analysis and safeguard measures, this paper analyzes the management behavior of each index at four levels. This paper expounds the relationship between indicators and behavior, examines the aspects of company management and performance management, and formulates corresponding performance measures. Management behavior is an activity carried out in the daily work of an enterprise, which includes planning, organization, etc. It is the premise of the achievement of indicators; the supporting measures around the performance management activities of enterprises are carefully studied and guaranteed at the corporate level. In the part of research conclusions and prospects, this paper summarizes the research process, According to the research process, the paper draws the corresponding conclusions; the prospect of the research is mainly tracking research, including dynamic analysis and team research. To sum up, the paper analyzes the current situation, environment, development stage and strategic objectives of the company. The key performance indicators of YZ Company are constructed and tested with balanced Scorecard, and the management behavior analysis and management optimization are carried out. The research is helpful to understand the process of performance appraisal from strategy to behavior. Understand the operation mode of department store, provide the basis and guarantee for the company's performance management.
