【摘要】：快速發(fā)展的共享經(jīng)濟(jì)有力推動(dòng)了我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí),但也面臨一系列現(xiàn)實(shí)問題,其中信用困境最為突出。我國信用體系建設(shè)環(huán)境具有一定特殊性,共享經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展為信用體系建設(shè)和完善開辟了新的路徑。針對(duì)現(xiàn)有的信用困境,應(yīng)結(jié)合我國的實(shí)際,采取筑牢基礎(chǔ)、政企合力、重點(diǎn)突破的思路加以解決,即在完善相關(guān)政策設(shè)計(jì)和法律環(huán)境基礎(chǔ)上,政府部門與信用管理企業(yè)共同發(fā)力,從信息共享機(jī)制、失信懲戒機(jī)制、信用評(píng)分機(jī)制、教育宣傳長效機(jī)制等信用制度層面重點(diǎn)突破,達(dá)到共享經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與信用體系建設(shè)互促的目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of shared economy has promoted the transformation and upgrading of China's economy, but it also faces a series of practical problems, among which the credit dilemma is the most prominent. The construction environment of China's credit system has a certain particularity. The development of shared economy has opened up a new path for the construction and perfection of credit system. In view of the existing credit dilemma, we should take the train of thought of building a solid foundation, government and enterprise joint forces and key breakthrough to solve the existing credit dilemma in the light of the reality of our country. That is, on the basis of improving the relevant policy design and legal environment, government departments and credit management enterprises work together, from the information sharing mechanism, discredit punishment mechanism, credit scoring mechanism. In order to achieve the goal of promoting the development of shared economy and the construction of credit system, the long effect mechanism of education and propaganda is the key breakthrough of credit system.
