超聲波測厚儀檢測滅火器筒體壁厚影響因素

【摘要】:分析超聲波測厚儀測量滅火器筒體厚度的影響因素,對測量過程中的主要影響因素進(jìn)行研究。根據(jù)超聲波測試原理和滅火器筒體的特點,選用Model 25 Multi-plus型超聲波測厚儀對滅火器筒體壁厚進(jìn)行測量。研究表明,影響超聲波測厚儀檢測滅火器筒體壁厚的主要因素為鋼鐵種類和測厚儀儀器本身精度。通過對不確定度分量的評定和量化,得到超聲波測厚儀測量滅火器筒體常用鋼板厚度的合成不確定度和擴展不確定度。測試結(jié)果表明,超聲波測厚儀對同種牌號滅火器筒體鋼板的檢測精度可以滿足檢測標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的精度要求。
[Abstract]:The influence factors of the thickness of the fire extinguisher cylinder measured by ultrasonic thickness meter are analyzed and the main influencing factors in the measurement process are studied. According to the principle of ultrasonic testing and the characteristics of the fire extinguisher cylinder, Model 25 Multi-plus ultrasonic thickness meter is used to measure the wall thickness of the fire extinguisher cylinder. The results show that the main factors affecting the thickness of the fire extinguisher cylinder are the steel type and the precision of the thickness meter. Based on the evaluation and quantification of the uncertainty component, the synthetic uncertainty and the extended uncertainty of the thickness measurement of the fire extinguisher cylinder by ultrasonic thickness meter are obtained. The test results show that the accuracy of ultrasonic thickness meter for the same type of fire extinguisher cylinder steel plate can meet the accuracy requirements of the detection standard.
