【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移人口市民化的關(guān)鍵在于其自身的進城意愿。在對安徽省五個城市共1230位農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移人員進行實證研究的基礎(chǔ)上,得出如下結(jié)論:女性、未婚、35歲以下、高中以上學(xué)歷較其他人群有更強的市民化意愿。除家庭承包土地數(shù)、城鎮(zhèn)公共設(shè)施、城市生活便利程度、其他社會資本贊同、對身份地位的關(guān)注度、政策掌控能力判斷對農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移人口市民化意愿影響并不顯著外,其他影響因素俱符合假設(shè)。在未來農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移人口市民化工作推進中應(yīng)將具有更強市民化意愿的群體作為重點服務(wù)人群,從合理的城鎮(zhèn)產(chǎn)業(yè)安排、完善的城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌的社會保障、精準(zhǔn)到位的職業(yè)培訓(xùn)以及多元化的社會支持系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建方面著力,激發(fā)農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移人口市民化意愿。
[Abstract]:The key to the urbanization of agricultural transfer population lies in its own willingness to enter the city. Based on the empirical study of 1230 agricultural migrant workers in five cities of Anhui Province, the following conclusions are drawn: female, unmarried, under 35 years of age, Besides the number of land contracted by the family, the urban public facilities, the degree of convenience of urban life, other social capital agree, the attention to the status of identity, The judgment of policy control ability has no significant influence on the citizen's will of agricultural transfer population. Other influencing factors are all in line with the hypotheses. In the future, we should take the group with stronger civic will as the key service group, from the rational urban industrial arrangement, the perfect urban and rural overall social security, in the future agricultural transfer population city citizen work advancement, Precision vocational training and the construction of diversified social support system focus on stimulating the willingness of the population to transfer from agriculture to citizenship.
