【摘要】：本文以產(chǎn)業(yè)融合理論、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)理論及農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化等理論為基礎(chǔ),以安徽省正處于農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化起步階段為背景,以安徽省農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)為研究對象,主要利用其2004年至2013年的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),使用線性回歸等方法對安徽省農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)狀加以剖析,發(fā)現(xiàn)安徽省農(nóng)業(yè)存在農(nóng)村土地單位面積經(jīng)濟(jì)效益偏低、農(nóng)作物種植結(jié)構(gòu)失衡、農(nóng)業(yè)深化程度偏低、農(nóng)業(yè)區(qū)域布局結(jié)構(gòu)不合理、農(nóng)民收入結(jié)構(gòu)固化等突出問題。在挖據(jù)農(nóng)業(yè)與關(guān)聯(lián)產(chǎn)業(yè)融合的理論根源的基礎(chǔ)上,本文指出導(dǎo)致這些突出問題的根源是農(nóng)業(yè)與關(guān)聯(lián)產(chǎn)業(yè)融合度低,并運(yùn)用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析法對安徽省農(nóng)業(yè)與農(nóng)副產(chǎn)品加工業(yè),食品制造業(yè),交通運(yùn)輸、倉儲及郵政業(yè),科學(xué)研究、技術(shù)服務(wù)和地質(zhì)勘察業(yè),教育業(yè),文化、體育和娛樂業(yè)(各產(chǎn)業(yè)名稱依統(tǒng)計年鑒的劃分而定)等關(guān)聯(lián)產(chǎn)業(yè)的融合度進(jìn)行了測度,發(fā)現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)與這些關(guān)聯(lián)產(chǎn)業(yè)的融合度整體偏低,進(jìn)而基于產(chǎn)業(yè)融合視角對安徽省農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展中的問題加以解釋。由此提出安徽省加快推進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)與關(guān)聯(lián)產(chǎn)業(yè)融合及結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的對策,安徽省應(yīng)通過調(diào)整農(nóng)業(yè)構(gòu)成,優(yōu)化農(nóng)業(yè)地域布局；大力發(fā)展產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈下游產(chǎn)業(yè)；完善農(nóng)業(yè)教育、社會服務(wù)體系；改進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)組織形式,拓寬農(nóng)民增收渠道；發(fā)展多功能農(nóng)業(yè)等措施來優(yōu)化農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:Based on the theories of industrial convergence, industrial structure and optimization of agricultural industrial structure, this paper takes Anhui Province as the background of the initial stage of agricultural industrial structure optimization, and takes the agricultural industrial structure of Anhui Province as the research object. Based on the relevant data from 2004 to 2013, the present situation of agricultural structure in Anhui Province is analyzed by linear regression method. It is found that the economic benefit per unit area of rural land in Anhui Province is low, and the structure of crop planting is out of balance. The degree of agricultural deepening is on the low side, the regional structure of agriculture is unreasonable, the income structure of farmers is solidified, and so on. This paper points out that the root cause of these outstanding problems is the low degree of integration between agriculture and related industries, and uses the grey relational analysis method to study the agricultural and agricultural by-products processing industry, food manufacturing industry, transportation, storage and postal industry in Anhui Province, and scientific research. The degree of integration of related industries, such as technical services and geological prospecting, education, culture, sports and entertainment (whose names are determined by the division of statistical yearbooks), has been measured, and the overall degree of integration between agriculture and these related industries has been found to be relatively low. Based on the perspective of industrial convergence, this paper explains the problems in the development of agriculture in Anhui Province, and puts forward the countermeasures of accelerating the integration of agriculture and related industries and optimizing the structure in Anhui Province, which should adjust the composition of agriculture. Optimize the regional distribution of agriculture; vigorously develop the downstream industry of the industrial chain; improve agricultural education, social service system; improve the form of industrial organization, broaden the channels for farmers to increase income; develop multi-functional agriculture to optimize the agricultural industrial structure.
