【摘要】：畜牧業(yè)是農(nóng)業(yè)的重要組成部分,是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)之一,也是農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)。如何利用和發(fā)揮山區(qū)資源優(yōu)勢,發(fā)展特色畜牧業(yè),培育新的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長點(diǎn),對于促進(jìn)長治市乃至我省農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整,增加農(nóng)民收入,繁榮農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì),提高人民生活水乎,維護(hù)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定均具有重要現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。在新的經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢下,轉(zhuǎn)變生產(chǎn)方式,優(yōu)化資源配置,積極探索現(xiàn)代畜牧業(yè)發(fā)展新路徑,推動(dòng)畜牧業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型跨越發(fā)展,是振興長治市畜牧業(yè)的必由之路。本文在調(diào)查長治市秸稈資源利用狀況和研究長治市畜牧業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了目前長治市畜牧業(yè)發(fā)展過程中存在的瓶頸問題,并針對問題提出了解決措施,形成了長治市畜牧業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃,指導(dǎo)長治市畜牧業(yè)的發(fā)展,促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)提質(zhì)增效和持賣健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Animal husbandry is an important part of agriculture, one of the leading industries of the national economy, and also a pillar industry of the rural economy. It is of great practical significance to promote the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure in Changzhi City and even in our province, to increase the income of farmers, to prosper the rural economy, to improve the living water of the people and to maintain social stability. Under the new economic situation, the mode of production should be transformed. To optimize the allocation of resources, actively explore new paths for the development of modern animal husbandry, and promote the transition of animal husbandry to leapfrog development, It is the only way to revitalize the animal husbandry in Changzhi City. Based on the investigation of the utilization of straw resources and the development of animal husbandry in Changzhi City, the bottleneck problems in the development of animal husbandry in Changzhi City are analyzed in this paper. Some measures were put forward to solve the problem, which formed the development plan of animal husbandry in Changzhi city, guided the development of animal husbandry in Changzhi city, promoted the improvement of quality and efficiency of industry and the healthy development of holding and selling.
