【摘要】：互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展,成為了整個(gè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情信息快速傳播和蔓延的主要平臺(tái)。人們利用網(wǎng)站新聞、網(wǎng)絡(luò)論壇、空間、視頻播客、手機(jī)媒體、微博、微信、QQ群、MSN群等網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體傳播信息和發(fā)布信息。隨著由于社會(huì)化媒體的快速發(fā)展,網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情信息的傳播呈現(xiàn)兩極分化的態(tài)勢(shì),有時(shí)候呈現(xiàn)正面和積極的,有時(shí)候卻是虛假炒作,影響及其惡劣。農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全涉及國(guó)家重大安全的問(wèn)題,受到的關(guān)注度和重視度也是非比尋常,相關(guān)的傳統(tǒng)媒體和網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體對(duì)于農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全突發(fā)事件的報(bào)道也比比皆是,有些負(fù)面的報(bào)道扭曲事實(shí),無(wú)限放大炒作或者無(wú)關(guān)乎農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全問(wèn)題的都浮現(xiàn)出來(lái),引起各界議論紛紛,社會(huì)恐慌,民心難安,導(dǎo)致對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展都造成了嚴(yán)重的傷害。本文從近幾年來(lái)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)上傳播的關(guān)于農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全事件出發(fā),著重研究了如下的幾個(gè)問(wèn)題：(1)針對(duì)近幾年來(lái)的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全事件,著重分析網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情對(duì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全事件的影響。分析了農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全事件中的應(yīng)急管理中存的問(wèn)題,如何對(duì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全事件如何進(jìn)行有效監(jiān)控。(2)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情對(duì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安件事件的傳播模式的分析：著重分析了網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情對(duì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全事件的影響,網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情對(duì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全事件的傳播途徑的分析以及并提出了農(nóng)業(yè)質(zhì)量安全事件的5W傳播模型。(3)對(duì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全事件應(yīng)急管理策略進(jìn)行分析,從農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全事件的應(yīng)急管理入手,著重分析了農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全事件應(yīng)急管理原則和方法,構(gòu)建了應(yīng)急管理模型,對(duì)一個(gè)具體的案例分析農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全事件的應(yīng)急管理策略。(4)設(shè)計(jì)了基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全事件應(yīng)急管理系統(tǒng),構(gòu)建了農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全事件應(yīng)急管理框架。
[Abstract]:The development of the Internet has become the main platform for the rapid dissemination and spread of Internet public opinion information. People use website news, online forums, space, video podcasts, mobile media, Weibo, With the rapid development of social media, the spread of online public opinion information presents a polarizing trend, sometimes positive and positive, but sometimes false hype. The impact is extremely bad. The quality and safety of agricultural products are related to major national security issues, and the attention and attention they receive are also unusual. Relevant traditional media and Internet media also report on unexpected incidents concerning the quality and safety of agricultural products. Some negative reports distorting the facts, exaggerating unlimited hype or not related to the quality and safety of agricultural products have emerged, causing discussion and social panic from all walks of life, and people's feelings are difficult to calm. It has caused serious harm to the development of agricultural and rural economy. This article starts from the incidents about the quality and safety of agricultural products spread on the Internet in recent years. Focusing on the following questions: 1) in view of the agricultural product quality and safety incidents in recent years, focusing on the impact of network public opinion on agricultural product quality and safety events, and analyzing the problems existing in the emergency management of agricultural product quality and safety incidents, How to effectively monitor the quality and safety events of agricultural products? how to monitor the quality and safety events of agricultural products?) the analysis of the transmission mode of network public opinion on the quality safety incidents of agricultural products: the influence of network public opinion on the quality and safety events of agricultural products is analyzed emphatically. Network public opinion analysis of agricultural product quality and safety events spread way and put forward a 5W transmission model of agricultural quality and safety events to analyze the emergency management strategy of agricultural products quality and safety incidents. Starting with the emergency management of agricultural product quality and safety events, the principles and methods of emergency management of agricultural product quality and safety incidents are analyzed, and the emergency management model is constructed. An emergency management system of agricultural product quality and safety events based on network public opinion is designed, and a framework of agricultural product quality and safety incident emergency management is constructed based on the analysis of a specific case study on the emergency management strategy of agricultural product quality and safety events.
