【摘要】：隨著貴州經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的發(fā)展,貴州已進(jìn)入后發(fā)趕起、加快全面建設(shè)小康的關(guān)鍵階段,貴州農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展也進(jìn)入了新的時(shí)期。農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)組織能夠推動(dòng)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展,但農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)組織類型、方式一定要與農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展階段、發(fā)展水平相適應(yīng),與相應(yīng)的農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)關(guān)系相匹配。因此,貴州地區(qū)要構(gòu)建合理的有效的新型農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)組織與產(chǎn)業(yè)組織經(jīng)營(yíng)模式來適應(yīng)貴州山地農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展。本文對(duì)貴州地區(qū)現(xiàn)有的農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)組織形態(tài)和組織模式的基本類型、基本特征、運(yùn)行方式和利弊端進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)歸納與分析總結(jié),主要利用合作博弈與非合作博弈等分析方法,一方面分析了貴州山地農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)組織各主體的運(yùn)行機(jī)制,如分析農(nóng)業(yè)龍頭企業(yè)間的古諾博弈、農(nóng)業(yè)龍頭企業(yè)的縱向一體化;分析家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)或農(nóng)業(yè)大戶的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品差異性;分析農(nóng)民專業(yè)社間的價(jià)格領(lǐng)導(dǎo)博弈等。另一方面,分析貴州山地農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)組織各運(yùn)行模式,如“公司+農(nóng)戶”、“公司+合作社+農(nóng)戶”等,這些模式如何通過納什討價(jià)還價(jià)、Shapley值分配法等途徑來實(shí)現(xiàn)收益的最優(yōu)分配。最后,本文為政府部門制定促進(jìn)山地農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)組織健康發(fā)展的政策提供科學(xué)參考。
[Abstract]:With the development of Guizhou's economy and society, Guizhou has entered the critical stage of accelerating the overall construction of a well-off society, and the development of Guizhou's agriculture has entered a new period. Agricultural industrial organizations can promote the development of agricultural industries. However, the type of organization of agricultural industry must be adapted to the stage and level of development of agricultural industry, and the corresponding agricultural relations of production should be matched. In order to adapt to the development of Guizhou mountainous agriculture, this paper discusses the basic types and characteristics of the existing agricultural industrial organization and organization model in Guizhou. The operation mode and the pros and cons are systematically summarized and analyzed, mainly by using cooperative game and non-cooperative game, on the one hand, the operating mechanism of the main bodies of Guizhou mountainous agricultural industry organization is analyzed. Such as the analysis of the Cournot game among leading agricultural enterprises, the vertical integration of agricultural leading enterprises, the analysis of the difference of agricultural products between family farms or large agricultural households, the analysis of price leadership games among farmers' specialized societies, etc., on the other hand, This paper analyzes the various operating modes of agricultural industrial organizations in mountainous regions of Guizhou, such as "company farmers" and "corporate cooperative farmers", and how these models can realize the optimal distribution of income by means of Nash bargaining and Shapley value distribution method. This paper provides a scientific reference for government departments to formulate policies to promote the healthy development of mountain agricultural industry organizations.
