【摘要】：太湖縣位于安徽省西南部,大別山南麓,長(zhǎng)江北岸,生態(tài)條件優(yōu)越,氣候溫和,水資源豐富,土壤肥沃,植被覆蓋率高,山區(qū)所產(chǎn)茶葉香高味濃,品質(zhì)優(yōu)良,是我國(guó)最適宜產(chǎn)茶區(qū)和安徽省名特優(yōu)農(nóng)產(chǎn)區(qū)——茶葉生產(chǎn)優(yōu)勢(shì)區(qū)域,同時(shí)也是農(nóng)業(yè)部大別山地區(qū)名優(yōu)茶優(yōu)質(zhì)高產(chǎn)協(xié)作項(xiàng)目區(qū)。得益于各級(jí)政府的大力支持和中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展,太湖縣茶產(chǎn)業(yè)化進(jìn)程進(jìn)一步加快,經(jīng)濟(jì)效益明顯增長(zhǎng),茶產(chǎn)業(yè)已經(jīng)是太湖縣農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的四大支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)之一,是茶區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)人口增收的重要渠道。但是,太湖縣茶產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展遠(yuǎn)落后于周邊潛山縣和岳西縣,其主要原因還是沒有系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展思路,缺乏戰(zhàn)略謀劃,只重視眼前利益而忽視長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)的發(fā)展。本文分析了太湖縣茶產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境,構(gòu)建SWOT矩陣,并借鑒周邊區(qū)縣發(fā)展茶產(chǎn)業(yè)的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),設(shè)計(jì)太湖縣茶產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,并從組織、制度、智力、資本與文化等方面提出戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的保障措施。
[Abstract]:Taihu County is located in the southwest of Anhui Province, the south foot of Dabie Mountain, the north bank of the Yangtze River, with favorable ecological conditions, mild climate, abundant water resources, fertile soil, high vegetation coverage, high aroma and good quality of tea produced in mountainous areas. It is the most suitable tea production area in China and the superior tea production area in Anhui Province, and it is also the cooperation project area for high quality and high yield of famous and excellent tea in the Dabie Mountain area of the Ministry of Agriculture. Thanks to the strong support of governments at all levels and the rapid development of China's economy, The process of tea industrialization in Taihu County has been further accelerated, and the economic benefits have increased significantly. Tea industry has become one of the four pillar industries of the agricultural economy of Taihu County and an important channel for increasing the agricultural population in the tea area. However, The development of tea industry in Taihu County lags far behind the surrounding Qianshan County and Yuexi County. The main reason is that there is no systematic development thinking and lack of strategic planning. This paper analyzes the internal and external environment of tea industry development in Taihu County, constructs SWOT matrix, and designs the development strategy of tea industry in Taihu County based on the successful experience of developing tea industry in surrounding counties. And from the organization, system, intelligence, capital and culture and other aspects of strategic implementation of security measures.
