　　在2008年席卷全球的金融危機爆發(fā)后,占全球運輸市場主導地位的航運市場陷入低谷,銀行業(yè)緊縮銀根,船舶融資問題難逐一顯現(xiàn),使得航運企業(yè)在經(jīng)營過程中遇到各種各樣的問題。在這種背景下,船運融資租賃作為一種新興的融資模式快速崛起,一大批以船運融資租賃為主業(yè)的公司出現(xiàn)并迅速占領了市場。當前,隨著航運市場的深刻變革和近10年租賃業(yè)的跨越式發(fā)展,我國海事金融事業(yè)已站在了歷史新起點上,融資租賃公司也需要高度重視風險管理,加速從資本優(yōu)勢向專業(yè)優(yōu)勢升級。X公司隸屬于一家廣東本地某金融控股集團,公司主營融資租賃、船運融資租賃,公司具備良好的經(jīng)營背景,在發(fā)展中,公司希望通過加大、改進航運類租賃板塊業(yè)務,優(yōu)化現(xiàn)有船運融資租賃運營模式,提高市場占有率,滿足公司戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展的需求。本文以X公司作為研究對象,針對其現(xiàn)有的運營模式進行了研究,并結合國內外學者的研究理論及研究案例,找出了目前其運營模式和市場脫節(jié)的地方,發(fā)現(xiàn)了一些問題及進行原因分析,然后提出相應的改進建議。認為X公司目前的運營模式在資金使用率、業(yè)務結構以及市場拓展方面還存在著一些問題,固有的運營模式成為X公司發(fā)展的主要瓶頸。通過對X公司的經(jīng)營情況、所處環(huán)境及運...
