【摘要】：資源的廣泛分布和信息技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展推動(dòng)了創(chuàng)新模式從封閉走向開放。開放式創(chuàng)新如何促進(jìn)企業(yè)績效是管理者關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn),成為戰(zhàn)略管理和創(chuàng)新管理領(lǐng)域研究的重要內(nèi)容。以往的研究基于組織層面,大部分集中于探討開放度與創(chuàng)新績效之間的直接關(guān)系,忽略了企業(yè)內(nèi)部人的因素在開放式創(chuàng)新管理中的作用和影響。筆者在現(xiàn)有研究的基礎(chǔ)上,拓展了自變量的內(nèi)涵并增加了觀測的視角,認(rèn)為開放式創(chuàng)新導(dǎo)向—能力共同構(gòu)成了影響企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績效的關(guān)鍵因素。同時(shí),CEO作為戰(zhàn)略決策者,其個(gè)性對開放式創(chuàng)新實(shí)施的過程、范圍、程度以及效果具有重要的影響。通過對國內(nèi)208家企業(yè)為樣本的實(shí)證分析,結(jié)果表明開放式創(chuàng)新導(dǎo)向—能力與企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績效正相關(guān);CEO個(gè)性對二者之間的關(guān)系起正向調(diào)節(jié)作用。
[Abstract]:The wide distribution of resources and the rapid development of information technology promote the innovation model from closed to open. It has become an important content in the field of strategic management and innovation management. Most of the previous studies focused on the direct relationship between openness and innovation performance based on the organizational level. The author neglects the role and influence of internal factors in open innovation management. On the basis of existing research, the author expands the connotation of independent variables and increases the perspective of observation. At the same time, the CEO, as a strategic decision maker, is the process and scope of the implementation of open innovation. Through the empirical analysis of 208 enterprises in China, the results show that the relationship between open innovation-oriented ability and enterprise innovation performance is positively correlated with the CEO personality plays a positive role in regulating the relationship between them.
