【摘要】：本文研究的裝配系統(tǒng)由兩個(gè)供應(yīng)商和一個(gè)制造商組成,其中一個(gè)供應(yīng)商的成本信息為公共信息,另一個(gè)供應(yīng)商的成本信息為其私有信息,制造商通過設(shè)計(jì)契約來揭示該私有信息。作為裝配系統(tǒng)的主導(dǎo)者,制造商一方面以自身利潤最大化為目標(biāo),另一方面希望通過系統(tǒng)協(xié)同來獲得更多的利潤。研究結(jié)果表明,制造商對兩個(gè)供應(yīng)商都采用批發(fā)價(jià)契約時(shí),無法揭示供應(yīng)商的私有信息;制造商對信息公開的供應(yīng)商采用批發(fā)價(jià)契約,對擁有私有信息的供應(yīng)商采用價(jià)格補(bǔ)貼契約時(shí),可以揭示供應(yīng)商的私有信息,但不能實(shí)現(xiàn)裝配系統(tǒng)的整體協(xié)同;制造商對兩個(gè)供應(yīng)商都采用價(jià)格補(bǔ)貼契約時(shí),在成功揭示供應(yīng)商的私有信息的同時(shí),也實(shí)現(xiàn)了裝配系統(tǒng)的整體協(xié)同。數(shù)值分析結(jié)果表明,同制造商對兩個(gè)供應(yīng)商分別提供批發(fā)價(jià)契約和價(jià)格補(bǔ)貼契約時(shí)相比,制造商對兩個(gè)供應(yīng)商都提供價(jià)格補(bǔ)貼契約時(shí),私有信息的揭示區(qū)間會(huì)變大,系統(tǒng)總利潤和擁有私有信息的供應(yīng)商的利潤會(huì)增加,信息公開的供應(yīng)商的利潤會(huì)降低,制造商的利潤可能增加也可能降低。
[Abstract]:The assembly system studied in this paper is composed of two suppliers and one manufacturer. One supplier's cost information is public information, the other supplier's cost information is its private information. As the leader of assembly system, the manufacturer aims to maximize his own profit on the one hand, and on the other hand, he hopes to obtain more profit through system cooperation. The research results show that, as the leader of assembly system, the manufacturer can reveal the private information by designing contract. When the manufacturer adopts the wholesale price contract for both suppliers, he cannot reveal the private information of the supplier; when the manufacturer adopts the wholesale price contract for the supplier with open information, and the supplier with private information adopts the price subsidy contract, It can reveal the private information of the supplier, but it can not realize the overall coordination of the assembly system. When the manufacturer adopts the price subsidy contract for both suppliers, it can successfully reveal the private information of the supplier. The numerical analysis results show that the manufacturer provides price subsidy contract to both suppliers when the manufacturer offers wholesale price contract and price subsidy contract to two suppliers, and the numerical analysis results show that, when the manufacturer provides the wholesale price contract and the price subsidy contract to the two suppliers respectively, the manufacturer provides the price subsidy contract to both suppliers. The disclosure interval of private information will become larger, the total profit of the system and the profit of the supplier with private information will increase, the profit of the supplier with public information will decrease, and the profit of manufacturer may increase or decrease.
