當代中國馬克思主義大眾化問題和對策研究

【摘要】：面臨當前我國改革的繼續(xù)深入、社會結(jié)構的深刻變化、各利益階層的不斷分化重組、人們價值理念呈現(xiàn)多樣化的趨勢,黨的十八大提出要大力推進馬克思主義中國化、時代化、大眾化,用最新的理論成果武裝群眾的頭腦。在新時期,面對國內(nèi)外形勢的瞬息萬變,我們黨進一步強調(diào)推進馬克思主義大眾化的艱巨任務。當代中國馬克思主義大眾化的推進顯得尤為重要。在當代中國馬克思主義理論大眾化的過程中,我們面臨嚴峻挑戰(zhàn),也存在諸多問題。例如,全球化,各國政治、經(jīng)濟、文化的親密接觸,人們在享受全球化浪潮帶來的共同成果時,也面臨著中國特色社會主義共同的理想信念被沖淡的危機；多元文化的輸入,也大大沖擊了主流意識形態(tài)的統(tǒng)領地位。改革的繼續(xù)深入,也使得理論大眾化的工作機遇與挑戰(zhàn)并存。理論在宣傳教育中,理論自身的建設不到位、宣傳方式、方法的不合時宜等都會降低理論大眾化的程度。本文從當代中國馬克思主義大眾化的理論解析、基本內(nèi)容、必要性、面臨的挑戰(zhàn)和存在的問題以及相應的對策四個方面來出發(fā),來進行剖析。重點突出文章第四部分,在機遇與挑戰(zhàn)并存的境況下,如何把握有利因素、拓寬理論宣傳空間,同時直面難題,提出相應對策予以解決。要使理論順利進入人民群眾的腦中,成為如空氣般無處不在的信仰,不僅需要理論工作者依據(jù)民生熱點問題創(chuàng)新理論,且需要理論快速的傳播,及時地把最新的理論成果傳送到老百姓面前,幫助其解疑答惑。以幫助群眾更全面的看待問題、指導實踐的功能來看,要實現(xiàn)理論最大限度的大眾化,首要必須密切聯(lián)系群眾的所談、所盼,謀民生之利,解民生之憂。在此基礎上,理論通俗易懂、充滿生活氣息越易被群眾接受。其次,理論工作者自身的信仰、道德素質(zhì)、理論涵養(yǎng),對理論實現(xiàn)大眾化的程度也極具影響。因此,在宣傳普及理論最新理論的成果過程中,必須要注重其自身的建設。還要創(chuàng)新理論傳播手段和變革普及方式方法、建立執(zhí)政黨形象的示范性效應、建立、健全大眾化的長效保障機制,確保理論持健康良好的運行等。通過這一系列的舉措,實現(xiàn)理論指導實踐、凝聚人心、整合力量,最終實現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復興中國夢的愿望。
[Abstract]:In the face of the deepening of the current reform in our country, the profound changes in the social structure, the continuous differentiation and reorganization of various interest classes, the trend of diversification of people's values, the 18th National Congress of the Party proposed to vigorously promote the Sinicization of Marxism and the modernization of Marxism. Popularizing and arming the minds of the masses with the latest theoretical results. In the new period, in the face of rapid changes at home and abroad, our Party further emphasizes the arduous task of promoting the popularization of Marxism. It is particularly important to promote the popularization of Marxism in contemporary China. In the process of popularization of Marxist theory in contemporary China, we are facing severe challenges and many problems. For example, globalization, close contacts between countries in politics, economy, and culture, while enjoying the common fruits of the wave of globalization, people are also facing the crisis that the common ideals and beliefs of socialism with Chinese characteristics have been diluted; the input of multiculturalism. It also greatly impacts the dominant position of the mainstream ideology. The deepening of the reform also makes the work opportunities and challenges of the popularization of theory co-exist. In the propaganda and education of theory, the construction of theory itself is not in place, and the methods and methods of propaganda are out of date, all of which will reduce the degree of popularization of theory. This paper analyzes the theoretical analysis, basic content, necessity, challenges, existing problems and corresponding countermeasures of the popularization of Marxism in contemporary China. Focusing on the fourth part of the article, in the situation of both opportunities and challenges, how to grasp the favorable factors, broaden the space of theoretical propaganda, face the difficult problems, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures to solve them. In order for the theory to enter the minds of the masses smoothly and become a belief as ubiquitous as the air, it is not only necessary for the theorists to innovate the theory according to the hot issues of the people's livelihood, but also for the theory to spread rapidly. Timely transmission of the latest theoretical results to the common people to help them solve doubts and puzzles. In order to help the masses to look at the problem more comprehensively and guide the practice, in order to realize the maximum popularization of the theory, we must, first of all, closely relate with the people's talk and hope, seek the benefit of the people's livelihood, and solve the worries of the people's livelihood. On this basis, the theory is easy to understand, full of life the more easily accepted by the masses. Secondly, the belief, moral quality and theoretical self-cultivation of theorists have great influence on the popularization of theory. Therefore, in the process of popularizing the latest theory, we must pay attention to its own construction. It is also necessary to innovate the means of theoretical dissemination and to change the means of popularization, to establish the exemplary effect of the image of the ruling party, to establish and perfect the mechanism of long-term security of popularization, and to ensure the healthy and good operation of the theory. Through this series of measures, the theory can guide the practice, unite the people, integrate the strength, and finally realize the desire of the great rejuvenation of Chinese Dream of the Chinese nation.
