【摘要】：蘇南地區(qū)在中國改革開放中先后形成了經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的"蘇南模式"、"新蘇南模式",當(dāng)前蘇南地區(qū)正在進(jìn)行"現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)示范區(qū)"建設(shè)。蘇南模式的一個顯著特點(diǎn)是共同富裕,主要體現(xiàn)在:城鎮(zhèn)居民人均可支配收入和農(nóng)村居民人均純收入都相對較高,特別是由于農(nóng)村居民收入較高引致城鄉(xiāng)收入差距相對較低。蘇南集體經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展、"強(qiáng)市場"和"強(qiáng)政府"的協(xié)作提高了居民特別是農(nóng)民的工資性、財(cái)產(chǎn)性和轉(zhuǎn)移性收入,是蘇南共同富裕形成的主要原因。但蘇南依然存在城鄉(xiāng)收入差距較大、經(jīng)營性收入相對較少等客觀事實(shí),應(yīng)該從推進(jìn)城鄉(xiāng)一體化、完善職業(yè)培訓(xùn)體系、改善經(jīng)營環(huán)境、優(yōu)化轉(zhuǎn)移支出結(jié)構(gòu)等方面進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)共同富裕。
[Abstract]:In the course of China's reform and opening up, the southern Jiangsu region has successively formed the "southern Jiangsu model" and "the new southern Jiangsu model". At present, the construction of "demonstration area of modernization construction" is being carried out in southern Jiangsu. One of the notable features of the southern Jiangsu model is common prosperity. Mainly reflected in: the per capita disposable income of urban residents and rural residents per capita net income are relatively high, especially due to the higher income of rural residents resulting in a relatively low urban-rural income gap. The cooperation of "strong market" and "strong government" has increased the wage, property and transfer income of residents, especially farmers, which is the main reason for the common prosperity in southern Jiangsu, but there is still a large income gap between urban and rural areas in southern Jiangsu. The objective fact that the operating income is relatively small should be further promoted from the aspects of promoting the integration of urban and rural areas, perfecting the vocational training system, improving the operating environment, optimizing the structure of transfer expenditure, and so on.
