“金磚五國”貨幣發(fā)行與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展比較研究

【摘要】：貨幣作為一般等價(jià)物，具有價(jià)值尺度和流通手段兩項(xiàng)最基本的職能。貨幣作為商品交換的一個(gè)重要媒介，在不斷的流通中對一國乃至全球經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生重要影響。國家，主要是中央銀行是一國貨幣發(fā)行的主體。它根據(jù)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r控制貨幣的發(fā)行量即流通中的現(xiàn)金量。而流通中的現(xiàn)金量主要是由居民消費(fèi)支出、企業(yè)固定資產(chǎn)投資、貨物和服務(wù)進(jìn)出口來相互影響的。隨著“金磚五國”這一新興經(jīng)濟(jì)體合作的不斷加強(qiáng)，對五國乃至全球經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展都產(chǎn)生了巨大的影響。 因此本文對“金磚五國”貨幣發(fā)行與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展進(jìn)行比較研究。本文首先對西方經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)各派關(guān)于貨幣發(fā)行的理論觀點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了綜述。其次在對“金磚五國”的發(fā)展進(jìn)程以及其若干基礎(chǔ)經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行比較分析的基礎(chǔ)上，對“金磚五國”經(jīng)濟(jì)合作的積極因素、制約條件以及發(fā)展前景進(jìn)行了分析。最后基于理論分析得出前提假設(shè)，在此基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)定實(shí)證模型進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析，得出了“金磚五國”的貨幣發(fā)行量、居民消費(fèi)支出總額、企業(yè)固定資產(chǎn)投資總額以及貨物和服務(wù)進(jìn)出口總額之間在長期存在著穩(wěn)定的協(xié)整關(guān)系，以及它們在一定程度上是相互影響的結(jié)論。 綜合本文，最終得出“金磚五國”的貨幣發(fā)行對其經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展具有顯著的影響，，以及其經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展能夠引起貨幣發(fā)行的變動(dòng)的結(jié)論。并且得出了“金磚五國”的貨幣發(fā)行應(yīng)該符合其自身國情，只要符合其經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀及速度，堅(jiān)持適量適度的原則，五國的經(jīng)濟(jì)將發(fā)展的更好，甚至?xí)绊懭蚪?jīng)濟(jì)和政治格局的啟示。
[Abstract]:As a general equivalent, money has two basic functions: value scale and circulation means. As an important medium of commodity exchange, currency exerts an important influence on the development of a country and even the global economy in the continuous circulation. The state, mainly the central bank, is the main body of a country's currency issue. It controls the circulation of money according to the economic development, that is, the amount of cash in circulation. The cash in circulation is mainly influenced by consumer expenditure, fixed assets investment, import and export of goods and services. With the growing cooperation between the BRICS and the emerging economies, it has had a great impact on the economic development of the five countries as well as the world. Therefore, this paper makes a comparative study on the currency issue and economic development of the BRICS. This paper first summarizes the theories of money issuance in western economics. Secondly, on the basis of comparative analysis of the development process and some basic economic indicators of BRICS, the positive factors, restrictive conditions and development prospects of BRICS economic cooperation are analyzed. Finally, based on the theoretical analysis, the premise hypothesis is obtained, and then the empirical model is set up for empirical analysis, and the currency circulation of the BRICS countries and the total consumption expenditure of the BRICS countries are obtained. There is a stable cointegration relationship between the total investment in fixed assets and the total import and export of goods and services for a long time, and the conclusion that they influence each other to a certain extent. In this paper, it is concluded that the currency issue of the BRICS countries has a significant impact on their economic development, and that their economic development can cause the change of the currency issue. And it is concluded that the currency issue of the "BRICS" countries should be in line with their own national conditions. As long as they conform to the current situation and speed of their economic development and adhere to the principle of moderation, the economies of the five countries will develop better. Even the implications of global economic and political patterns.
