【摘要】：正中國(guó)的自貿(mào)區(qū)建設(shè)成效顯著。截至2013年底,中國(guó)已簽署自貿(mào)協(xié)定(FTA)12個(gè),在談自貿(mào)區(qū)6個(gè),形成了涵蓋31個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)的自貿(mào)區(qū)網(wǎng)絡(luò)。自貿(mào)區(qū)建設(shè)提升了中國(guó)對(duì)外開(kāi)放水平,使中國(guó)與自貿(mào)伙伴經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系不斷推進(jìn),經(jīng)濟(jì)融合度不斷增強(qiáng),同時(shí)促進(jìn)了中國(guó)制造業(yè)快速發(fā)展、農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型調(diào)整,以及服務(wù)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的增強(qiáng)。與此同時(shí),中國(guó)自貿(mào)區(qū)建設(shè)也面臨一些困難和挑戰(zhàn),如自貿(mào)協(xié)定利用率不高,自貿(mào)區(qū)建設(shè)與國(guó)內(nèi)產(chǎn)業(yè)界缺乏互動(dòng)機(jī)制,自貿(mào)區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)損害應(yīng)對(duì)體系尚
[Abstract]:The construction of free trade zones in China has achieved remarkable results. By the end of 2013, China had signed 12 free trade agreements (FTA) and 6 free trade zones (FTAs), forming a network of FTAs covering 31 countries and regions. The construction of the Free Trade Zone has raised the level of China's opening to the outside world, made the economic and trade relations between China and its free trade partners continuously advance, the degree of economic integration has continuously increased, at the same time promoted the rapid development of China's manufacturing industry and the adjustment of agricultural transformation. And the competitiveness of the service industry. At the same time, the construction of China's free trade zone also faces some difficulties and challenges, such as the low utilization rate of free trade agreement, the lack of interactive mechanism between the construction of free trade zone and domestic industry, and the industrial damage response system of free trade zone.
