大型船舶錨唇智能設(shè)計與數(shù)字化驗證技術(shù)研究

【摘要】：錨唇，作為錨系的一個部件，其表面形態(tài)為復(fù)雜曲面，而曲面的復(fù)雜形態(tài)主要歸咎于它要滿足于一定的運(yùn)動性能要求。以往錨唇都是通過設(shè)計者豐富的經(jīng)驗并配合大量的木模拉錨試驗進(jìn)行曲面設(shè)計，這種設(shè)計方法不僅費時、費力，還會造成材料的浪費。本文通過對國內(nèi)外曲面設(shè)計技術(shù)進(jìn)行分析，提出一種新的錨唇曲面設(shè)計方法。這一方法是基于CATIA二次開發(fā)技術(shù)，利用共軛包絡(luò)理論求解出錨桿、錨爪與錨唇接觸處的曲面，并利用MATLAB繪圖功能繪制出其接觸曲面的形狀以及獲取其曲面上的型值點。以這些型值點為基礎(chǔ)，對錨唇曲面進(jìn)行智能設(shè)計。 其次，錨系運(yùn)動為多剛體接觸運(yùn)動，為了給錨系建立較為合理的動力學(xué)模型以便進(jìn)行正確的拉錨仿真分析，對接觸碰撞動力學(xué)的知識進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)闡述，介紹了ADAMS中接觸碰撞力學(xué)模型以及接觸碰撞判斷規(guī)則，并利用ADAMS仿真功能分析了錨系運(yùn)功過程中的主要影響因素，以便于后期的仿真驗證。 最后，以10000TEU標(biāo)箱集裝箱船的錨唇為例，利用提出的新的錨唇設(shè)計方法對其進(jìn)行設(shè)計。設(shè)計完成之后，利用UG的仿真功能對其錨系進(jìn)行運(yùn)動仿真分析，驗證設(shè)計的錨唇是否合理，能否達(dá)到設(shè)計者的要求。 總之，本文將船舶錨唇設(shè)計作為研究方向，并以求解錨桿、錨爪與錨唇曲面接觸處的曲面和其曲面上型值點為主要的研究對象進(jìn)行了具體的闡述，，對實現(xiàn)船舶錨唇智能設(shè)計具有一定的參考意義。
[Abstract]:Anchor lip, as a part of anchorage system, its surface shape is complex curved surface, and the complex shape of curved surface is mainly attributed to its motion performance requirements. In the past, anchor lip was designed by the designer's rich experience and cooperated with a large number of wooden model pull anchor test. This design method is not only time-consuming, laborious, but also constructed. This paper presents a new design method of anchor lip surface based on the analysis of surface design technology at home and abroad. This method is based on CATIA secondary development technology, using conjugate envelope theory to solve the surface of the contact between anchor rod, anchor claw and anchor lip, and using MATLAB drawing function to draw the shape of its contact surface. Based on these values, intelligent design of anchor lip surfaces is carried out.
Secondly, the motion of anchorage system is a multi-rigid-body contact motion. In order to establish a more reasonable dynamic model for anchorage system in order to carry out the correct simulation analysis of pulling anchor, the knowledge of contact collision dynamics is systematically expounded. The mechanical model of contact collision and the judgment rules of contact collision in ADAMS are introduced, and the simulation function of ADAMS is used to analyze it. The main influencing factors in the work of anchor system are convenient for later simulation.
Finally, taking the anchor lip of 10 000 TEU container ship as an example, the new design method of anchor lip is used to design the ship. After the design is completed, the motion simulation of the anchor system is carried out by using UG simulation function to verify whether the designed anchor lip is reasonable and can meet the requirements of the designer.
In a word, this paper takes the design of ship's anchor lip as the research direction, and takes the solution of anchor rod, the curved surface of the contact between anchor claw and anchor lip surface and the value points on the curved surface as the main research objects. It has a certain reference significance to realize the intelligent design of ship's anchor lip.
