基于數(shù)字化造船的作業(yè)任務包研究

【摘要】:經過幾代造船人的不懈努力,,我國的船舶建造水平有了長足的進步,船舶建造總量已經躍居世界第一,但是在先進建造技術、生產管理水平方面跟國際造船強國還是存在顯著的差距。究其原因,無論在設計、生產還是管理方面數(shù)字化、信息化水平還處在比較低的位置,特別在管理方面,還是主要依靠現(xiàn)場人員的自身經驗來管理生產,數(shù)字化水平低,造成了生產效率低下同時資源浪費嚴重。 基于這種背景下,本文討論的主要內容是基于數(shù)字化造船的作業(yè)任務包管理研究。立足于數(shù)字化、信息化針對船舶建造企業(yè)現(xiàn)場的作業(yè)任務提出有效的管理方法,從根本上提高企業(yè)生產效率。生產作業(yè)任務包在船舶建造中作為紐帶連接了設計、管理、生產和物資等環(huán)節(jié),對作業(yè)任務包的高效管理可以極大的提高現(xiàn)場的生產效率。 本文為了獲得合理的作業(yè)任務包,提出了先進的船舶建造工程分解方法,利用該分解方法將船舶建造的所有作業(yè)內容一層層的往下分解,直到得到合理的作業(yè)任務包。確定了作業(yè)任務包中的作業(yè)內容之后,還需要確定作業(yè)任務包中包含的其他信息如圖文檔信息、制造資源信息和工時物量信息等。 在明確了作業(yè)任務包所包含的內容,為了便于對其進行管理,本文提出了任務包的編碼結構,是由其包含的每項作業(yè)任務的作業(yè)階段、作業(yè)工種和作業(yè)技能共同決定的。在任務包所包含的信息結構和任務包編碼標準化這些前提條件下,就可以利用計算機技術來進行作業(yè)任務包管理,本文采用SQL Server2008數(shù)據(jù)庫,基于Visual Studio可視化工作平臺上利用C#語言編進行任務包管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)工作。在任務包劃分完成后,為了驗證其劃分的合理性,本文對作業(yè)任務包的能效展開了討論,分析了影響其效率的因素,并在此基礎上建立了工時物量定額體系。 將任務包投放到班組長,再由班組長通過派工單來派發(fā)作業(yè)任務,同時收集現(xiàn)場反饋數(shù)據(jù)進行統(tǒng)計分析。針對這一流程本文提出了通過手機端來管理派工單的管理模式,此舉符合造船無紙化的發(fā)展方向。
[Abstract]:Through the unremitting efforts of several generations of shipbuilders, China's shipbuilding level has made great progress, the total number of ship construction has leapt to the first in the world, but in the advanced construction technology, There is still a significant gap between the level of production management and the international shipbuilding power. The reason is that no matter in design, production or management digitization, the level of informatization is still in a relatively low position, especially in the field of management, or mainly depends on the on-site personnel's own experience to manage production. The level of digitization is low. This has resulted in inefficient production and serious waste of resources. Based on this background, the main content of this paper is the research of task package management based on digital shipbuilding. Based on digitization and informatization, an effective management method is put forward to improve the production efficiency of shipbuilding enterprises. The production task package is used as a link between design, management, production and material, etc. The efficient management of the task package can greatly improve the production efficiency on the spot. In order to obtain a reasonable task package, an advanced method of ship construction engineering decomposition is proposed in this paper. The method is used to decompose all the work contents of ship construction layer by layer until a reasonable task package is obtained. After determining the job content in the job task package, it is also necessary to determine other information contained in the job task package, such as graph and document information, manufacturing resource information and man-hour quantity information, etc. In order to facilitate the management of the job task package, the coding structure of the task package is proposed, which is determined by the job stage, job type and job skills of each job task contained in the task package. Under the precondition of the information structure contained in the task package and the standardization of the task package coding, we can use the computer technology to manage the job task package. In this paper, SQL Server2008 database is used to manage the job task package. The task package management system is developed by using C # language on the visual working platform of Visual Studio. In order to verify the rationality of task package partition, this paper discusses the efficiency of task package, analyzes the factors that affect the efficiency of task package, and establishes the quota system of man-hour quantity. The task package will be delivered to the team leader, who will distribute the task through the assignment form, and collect the feedback data for statistical analysis. In view of this process, this paper puts forward the management mode of dispatching work order through mobile phone, which is in line with the development direction of shipbuilding paperless.
