基于橫波傳播特性的無損檢測方法及在沉管隧道基礎(chǔ)灌砂檢測中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】：采用各種探測手段揭示目標(biāo)介質(zhì)內(nèi)部構(gòu)造一直是工程界所關(guān)心的重要課題。以三維層狀介質(zhì)中的彈性場傳播特性為基礎(chǔ),建立基于橫波傳播特性的無損檢測方法。采用有限元數(shù)值模擬方法,針對含有低速夾層的水平層狀介質(zhì)模型,獲得下部介質(zhì)變化時橫波響應(yīng)波形數(shù)據(jù),并對其進行波形形態(tài)、響應(yīng)能量等特性分析,揭示當(dāng)?shù)退賷A層介質(zhì)的物理參數(shù)改變時,在模型表面接收到的橫波響應(yīng)特性與下部介質(zhì)的相對密實度等參數(shù)的關(guān)系,明確基于橫波傳播特性的無損檢測方法的有效性和精確性。在數(shù)值計算的基礎(chǔ)上,開展沉管隧道底板灌砂全尺寸模型試驗研究,采集灌砂施工前后的橫波響應(yīng)波形數(shù)據(jù),通過對橫波響應(yīng)波形形態(tài)及響應(yīng)能量分布進行可視化處理,實現(xiàn)對沉管隧道底板灌砂效果的評價。
[Abstract]:It has been an important subject in engineering field to reveal the internal structure of target medium by various detection methods. Based on the propagation characteristics of elastic field in three dimensional layered media, a nondestructive testing method based on the propagation characteristics of shear wave is established. Based on the horizontal layered medium model with low velocity intercalation, the shear wave response waveform data are obtained by using finite element numerical simulation method, and the waveform shape and response energy are analyzed. When the physical parameters of the low-velocity intercalated medium change, the relation between the response characteristics of the shear wave received on the surface of the model and the relative density of the lower medium is revealed, and the validity and accuracy of the nondestructive testing method based on the propagation characteristics of the shear wave are clarified. On the basis of numerical calculation, the full-scale model test of sand filling on bottom plate of immersed tunnel is carried out, and the wave data of shear wave response before and after sand pouring are collected, and the shape of wave shape and response energy distribution of shear wave response are visualized. The effect of sand filling on bottom plate of immersed tunnel is evaluated.
