濱海地區(qū)干線公路橋梁樁柱防腐措施研究

【摘要】:本文針對濱海地區(qū)鋼筋混凝土橋梁墩柱受海水腐蝕和樁頭自身施工缺陷原因,出現(xiàn)的混凝土失效劣化、樁頭混凝土脫落和樁基鋼筋外露銹蝕,以至于給橋梁結構帶來的耐久性問題,以山東省省道S315線富國大橋危橋改造工程為背景,開展濱州普通國省干線公路橋梁樁柱防腐措施的研究。主要研究內容包括:1、濱海地區(qū)公路鋼筋混凝土橋梁較普遍的存在由于受空氣、水和土壤中Cl-、SO42離子侵蝕,混凝土過早的出現(xiàn)失效劣化的問題。通過對鋼筋混凝土橋梁的劣化原因和機理進行系統(tǒng)分析研究;在分析各種混凝土原材料、減水劑和活性摻和料等的結構組成的基礎上,優(yōu)選混凝土原材料,嚴格控制水膠比,摻加高效減水劑,以及添加活性摻和料超細粉,對富國大橋加寬新橋墩柱混凝土配合進行詳細的耐久性設計,提高混凝土的密實性,以期達到延長混凝土使用壽命的目的;2、從近年來通過大量的濱海橋梁研究結果發(fā)現(xiàn),濱海及海洋環(huán)境中,浪濺區(qū)及水位變動區(qū),因受海浪的飛濺和沖刷,表面常處潮濕狀態(tài),混凝土所處環(huán)境惡劣,更容易發(fā)生腐蝕。由于混凝土本身的特點,其不可能完全避免的出現(xiàn)表面的微小孔隙和因收縮除變、甚至受力而產(chǎn)生的裂縫等情況,這給混凝土的耐久性能帶來了隱患。單純一種防護措施已很難保證混凝土結構在腐蝕環(huán)境中的耐久性。通過分析常用混凝土防腐涂層的材料組成并比較其優(yōu)缺點,結合防腐使用壽命,提出采用環(huán)氧封閉底漆+環(huán)氧中間漆+丙烯酸聚氨酯面漆防腐體系的設計組合,設計出適合富國大橋的混凝土防腐涂層體系,針對性的提出了施工技術要求和質量控制要求,取得了較好的施工效果;通過混凝土防腐涂層的設計與施工基本解決了單純以提高混凝土密實性為主的設計思路,在延長混凝土橋梁的使用壽命,減少檢查養(yǎng)護的工作量及對橋梁構件的維修費用方面做出了有益的嘗試。3、樁基礎樁頭部位缺少振搗工藝的應用,普遍造成樁頭部位混凝土密實性較差,尤其是在涉水橋梁中長時間受水流沖刷等作用,容易造成樁頭外露并長期處于干濕循環(huán)狀態(tài),樁基礎鋼筋銹蝕造成混凝土脹裂脫落,并進一步加劇鋼筋的銹蝕,甚至于主筋銹斷的現(xiàn)象時有發(fā)生,給橋梁結構的安全造成巨大的隱患。通過對富國大橋加寬新橋樁基礎施工工藝的分析研究,提出在水位變動區(qū)設置鋼護筒,用以保證樁基礎混凝土樁頭位置免受海水侵蝕,從根本上解決樁頭混凝土不密實、脫落引起的鋼筋外露銹蝕造成的影響橋梁結構安全的病害。并在富國大橋主河道中重點樁柱進行了防護措施,以驗證設置鋼護筒對提高了樁柱混凝土的耐久性的影響。綜上所述,本文對濱州市省道S315線富國大橋防腐蝕措施的理論性研究和現(xiàn)場施工技術,結合材料特性、經(jīng)驗理論和橋梁結構病害情況,進行綜合分析,找出問題的關鍵,提出較切實可行的解決方案,并組織實施,取得了較好的技術成果和社會效益。通過以上的工程防腐措施的設計與實施,對于濱海地區(qū)公路橋梁防腐措施的應用有著十分重要的現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:in that light of the cause of the corrosion of the pier column of the reinforced concrete bridge in the coastal area and the defect of the self-construction of the pile head, the failure of the concrete is deteriorated, the pile head concrete falls off and the steel bar of the pile foundation is exposed and corroded, so that the durability problem caused by the bridge structure is solved, Based on the crisis bridge reconstruction project of the S315 line of the provincial road of Shandong Province, the research on the anti-corrosion measures of the bridge pile column of the main highway of Binzhou is carried out. The main contents of this study are as follows:1. There is a common problem of the corrosion of Cl-and SO42 ions in the air, water and soil and the premature failure of the concrete due to the erosion of Cl-and SO42 in the air, water and soil. Through the system analysis and research on the cause and mechanism of the deterioration of the reinforced concrete bridge, the concrete raw material, the water-reducing agent and the high-efficiency water reducing agent are strictly controlled on the basis of the analysis of the structural components of various concrete raw materials, water reducing agent and active admixture, etc. as well as the addition of the active admixture superfine powder, a detailed durability design is carried out on the widening of the new pier column concrete in the rich-country bridge, the compactness of the concrete is improved, and the purpose of prolonging the service life of the concrete is achieved; and 2, the research result of the large-scale coastal bridge has been found in recent years, In the coastal and marine environment, the splash zone and the water level fluctuation zone, due to the splashing and scouring of the waves, the surface is often in a wet state, and the concrete is in a severe environment and is more susceptible to corrosion. Due to the characteristics of the concrete itself, it is impossible to completely avoid the micro-pores of the surface and the cracks due to shrinkage and deformation, even stress, which can bring hidden trouble to the durability of the concrete. It is difficult to guarantee the durability of the concrete structure in the corrosive environment. By analyzing the material composition of the common concrete anti-corrosion coating and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the materials, the design combination of the epoxy sealing primer and the epoxy intermediate paint and the acrylic polyurethane finish paint anti-corrosion system is put forward, and the concrete anti-corrosion coating system suitable for the rich country bridge is designed, According to the design and construction of the concrete anti-corrosion coating, the design idea of simply improving the compactness of the concrete is solved, and the service life of the concrete bridge is prolonged, The invention has the beneficial effects of reducing the work load of the inspection and curing and the maintenance cost of the bridge member. It is easy to cause the pile head to be exposed and is in a dry and wet circulation state for a long time, the corrosion of the steel bar of the pile foundation causes the concrete to expand and fall off, and the corrosion of the steel bar is further increased, and even the phenomenon that the main rib rust is broken often happens, and the safety of the bridge structure is caused by a great hidden danger. Through the analysis and research on the construction technology of the new bridge pile foundation of the rich-country bridge, the steel casing is set up in the water level fluctuation area to ensure that the pile foundation concrete pile head position is protected from the sea water attack, and the pile head concrete is fundamentally solved, And the bridge structure is safe to be affected by the exposed corrosion of the steel bar caused by the shedding. The protective measures are carried out in the main channel of the main channel of the rich-country bridge to verify the effect of setting the steel casing on the improvement of the durability of the pile-column concrete. In conclusion, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis on the theoretical research and field construction technology of the anti-corrosion measures of the S315 line rich-country bridge in Binzhou City, in combination with the material characteristics, the experience theory and the bridge structural diseases, and makes a comprehensive analysis to find out the key of the problem and put forward a more practical solution. And the implementation is organized, and the better technical result and the social benefit are obtained. Through the design and implementation of the above-mentioned engineering anti-corrosion measures, it is of great practical significance to the application of anti-corrosion measures for highway bridges in the coastal area.
