【摘要】：采用綜合序分量構(gòu)成差動電流,提出了一種差動保護原理用于識別互聯(lián)電網(wǎng)振蕩過程中再故障,能有效提高經(jīng)大過渡電阻接地故障的檢測靈敏度,改善振蕩中心附近短路傳統(tǒng)負(fù)序元件靈敏度低的問題。為進一步識別故障元件,利用配合關(guān)系矩陣描述智能電子設(shè)備(intelligent electronic device,IED)間的相互配合關(guān)系,并結(jié)合多點方向信息確定與故障元件直接相連的IED,這些IED保護對象的交集即為故障元件。算例分析表明,所提的廣域保護原理簡單易行,不受振蕩頻率偏移和系統(tǒng)運行方式影響,耐過渡電阻能力強,能很好實現(xiàn)振蕩再故障判斷及定位,作為現(xiàn)有振蕩再故障保護的冗余補充能有效提高保護性能。
[Abstract]:A differential protection principle is proposed to identify the secondary faults in the oscillation process of interconnected power network by using the integrated sequence component to form the differential current, which can effectively improve the detection sensitivity of the grounding fault through the large transient resistance. The problem of low sensitivity of conventional negative sequence elements near the oscillation center is improved. In order to further identify the fault elements, the coordination relationship between intelligent electronic devicebus and intelligent electronic equipment is described by using the coordination relation matrix. The intersection of these IED protection objects is the fault element, and the example analysis shows that the proposed wide-area protection principle is simple and practical. It is independent of the oscillation frequency offset and the operation mode of the system, and has strong resistance to transition, which can well realize the diagnosis and location of the oscillation and re-fault. As a redundant supplement to the existing oscillatory and re-fault protection, the performance of the protection can be improved effectively.
