基于DSP的三相異步電動機(jī)軟啟動節(jié)能裝置的研制

【摘要】:三相交流異步電動機(jī)具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、運(yùn)行可靠和價(jià)格低廉等優(yōu)點(diǎn)而被廣泛應(yīng)用。但是異步電動機(jī)存在啟動電流大,對電網(wǎng)和電動機(jī)本身產(chǎn)生嚴(yán)重影響,以及在輕載或空載運(yùn)行狀態(tài)時(shí),功率因數(shù)和效率大大降低,造成電能浪費(fèi)的問題。為了改善電機(jī)的啟動特性和提高效率,新型異步電動機(jī)節(jié)能控制裝置被廣泛研究。本文的主要工作與結(jié)論是:比較分析了目前國內(nèi)外常用的電機(jī)啟動和節(jié)能的方法。闡述了晶閘管三相交流調(diào)壓和調(diào)壓節(jié)能的原理。對斜坡電壓啟動和限流啟動、電流斜坡起動、軟停機(jī)控制啟動四種電機(jī)軟啟動的控制方式進(jìn)行分析研究。本課題主要研究的是以DSP TMS320F2812為控制芯片的異步電動機(jī)節(jié)能軟啟動控制裝置。利用matlab的Simlink的仿真功能,搭建了異步電機(jī)軟啟動系統(tǒng)的仿真模型,對電機(jī)的各種啟動式進(jìn)行了仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)。仿真結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了采用晶閘管進(jìn)行三相交流調(diào)壓方案的可行性,同時(shí)驗(yàn)證了該控制方法能有效的限制異步電機(jī)的啟動電流。采用模塊化的思想進(jìn)行了基于DSP的控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)。搭建了電機(jī)節(jié)能軟啟動器的試驗(yàn)平臺,并進(jìn)行了相關(guān)試驗(yàn)。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明本文設(shè)計(jì)的異步電機(jī)節(jié)能軟啟動器能夠保證電機(jī)安全帶載啟動,有效地限制電機(jī)啟動電流并在輕載狀態(tài)下節(jié)能。
[Abstract]:Three-phase AC asynchronous motor is widely used because of its simple structure, reliable operation and low price. However, the induction motor has a large start-up current, which has a serious impact on the power grid and the motor itself. The power factor and efficiency are greatly reduced when running under light load or no load, which results in the waste of electric energy. In order to improve the starting characteristics and efficiency of the motor, The main work and conclusions of this paper are as follows: comparing and analyzing the common methods of motor starting and energy saving at home and abroad, and expounding the thyristor three-phase AC voltage regulation and voltage regulation. Principles of energy conservation. For slope voltage startup and current limiting startup, Four kinds of soft start control methods of current ramp start and soft stop control start are analyzed and studied. This paper mainly studies the energy saving soft start control device of asynchronous motor based on DSP TMS320F2812. The simulation function of Simlink of matlab is used. The simulation model of soft start system of asynchronous motor is built, and the simulation experiments of various starting modes of induction motor are carried out. The simulation results verify the feasibility of using thyristor for three-phase AC voltage regulation. At the same time, it is verified that the control method can effectively limit the starting current of asynchronous motor. The design of control system based on DSP is carried out by using modularization idea. The test platform of motor energy saving soft starter is built. The test results show that the soft starter designed in this paper can ensure the safety belt start of the motor effectively limit the starting current of the motor and save energy under light load.
