【摘要】：管型母線因其良好的載流性能與可靠的機械連接特性被廣泛應用于高壓電站中,在特高壓交流電站中,管形母線末端的屏蔽方式問題日漸突出,研究其屏蔽結構對特高壓交流電站的設計具有重要意義。針對1 000 kV特高壓交流長治站在帶電試運行過程中硬鋁管母線高壓并聯(lián)電抗器側末端出現(xiàn)的電暈問題,使用有限元方法建立三維仿真模型,仿真計算了管母末端的電位和電場分布,找出了引起電暈放電的原因,并在此基礎上研究了幾種屏蔽方式的效果和可行性,提出了管母末端采用直徑250 mm的半球形封蓋板結構和于管母上方加裝管徑300 mm的均壓環(huán)相結合這一合理的屏蔽方式。該屏蔽方式明顯改善了管母末端的電場分布,使管母高壓電抗器側末端附近的場強最大值降低至1 390 V/mm,較原結構場強最大值降低了44.4%,滿足局部控制場強的要求,有效抑制了管母末端的電暈放電。研究方法已經成功應用于特高壓交流長治站中,并對類似結構電力設備的設計具有借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Tubular busbar is widely used in high voltage power station because of its good current carrying performance and reliable mechanical connection characteristics. In UHV AC power station, the shielding mode of tube busbar end is becoming more and more prominent. It is of great significance to study its shielding structure for the design of UHV AC power station. In view of the corona problem at the end of high voltage parallel reactor of hard aluminum tube busbar during live test operation of 1 000 kV UHV AC Changzhi station, The three-dimensional simulation model is established by using finite element method. The potential and electric field distribution at the end of the tube are simulated and calculated. The causes of corona discharge are found out, and the effect and feasibility of several shielding methods are studied. In this paper, a reasonable shielding method is put forward, which is the use of a hemispherical sealing plate structure with a diameter of 250 mm and an equal pressure ring of 300 mm diameter on the top of the pipe mother. The shielding method improves the electric field distribution of the end of the pipe obviously. The maximum field intensity near the side end of the tube bus high-voltage reactor is reduced to 1,390V / mm, which is 44.4mm lower than the maximum field strength of the original structure, which satisfies the requirement of local control field strength. The corona discharge at the end of the tube is effectively suppressed. The research method has been successfully applied to the UHV AC Changzhi station and has reference significance for the design of the similar power equipment.
