小功率非接觸電能傳輸裝置的設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:與傳統(tǒng)接觸式電能傳輸方式不同,非接觸電能傳輸技術(shù)利用松耦合變壓器電磁感應(yīng)原理,使用空氣作為傳輸介質(zhì),實(shí)現(xiàn)電能無(wú)線傳輸。它克服傳統(tǒng)電能傳輸方式存在的接觸火花等弊端,可以廣泛應(yīng)用在各種易燃、易爆、水下等惡劣的供電環(huán)境中,能夠有效提高電能傳輸?shù)陌踩院涂煽啃浴?本論文首先介紹了非接觸電能傳輸技術(shù)的國(guó)內(nèi)外發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,并分析了非接觸電能傳輸裝置的組成部件的結(jié)構(gòu)和工作原理,著重探討了松耦合變壓器、高頻逆變、RCC穩(wěn)壓、電容補(bǔ)償、過(guò)流過(guò)壓保護(hù)等相關(guān)技術(shù),為后續(xù)的小功率非接觸電能傳輸裝置設(shè)計(jì)奠定理論基礎(chǔ)。其次,結(jié)合小功率非接觸電能傳輸要求,進(jìn)行了松耦合變壓器設(shè)計(jì),具體完成了松耦合變壓器磁芯優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)、松耦合變壓器繞組繞制方式分析以及松耦合變壓器相關(guān)參數(shù)計(jì)算。再次,進(jìn)行了小功率非接觸電能傳輸裝置的主電路和控制電路設(shè)計(jì),以提高系統(tǒng)的傳輸效率為目標(biāo),選擇了合適的輸出電壓頻率,設(shè)計(jì)了電壓型橋式高頻逆變電路,同時(shí)在松耦合變壓器兩側(cè)引入SP型電容補(bǔ)償電路,降低了系統(tǒng)無(wú)功損耗,提高了耦合系數(shù),在考慮到輸出電壓波動(dòng)因素,運(yùn)用次級(jí)穩(wěn)壓反饋電路提高系統(tǒng)輸出電壓的穩(wěn)定性。最后,對(duì)小功率非接觸電能傳輸裝置有載和空載情況下進(jìn)行功率及效率測(cè)試。通過(guò)測(cè)試結(jié)果表明,小功率非接觸電能傳輸裝置具備輸出電壓穩(wěn)定,傳輸效率高等優(yōu)點(diǎn),達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)要求。
[Abstract]:Different from the traditional contact power transmission technology, the non-contact power transmission technology utilizes the principle of electromagnetic induction of loosely coupled transformer and uses air as the transmission medium to realize wireless power transmission. It can be widely used in various flammable, explosive and underwater power supply environments, and can effectively improve the security and reliability of power transmission. This paper first introduces the development of contactless power transmission technology at home and abroad, and analyzes the structure and working principle of the components of contactless power transmission device, especially discusses loosely coupled transformer, high frequency inverter, RCC voltage stabilizer. The related technologies such as capacitive compensation and over-current overvoltage protection lay a theoretical foundation for the subsequent design of low-power contactless power transmission devices. Secondly, combined with the requirement of low power non-contact power transmission, the loose coupling transformer is designed. The optimization design of the loose coupling transformer core, the winding analysis and the calculation of the relevant parameters of the loosely coupled transformer are carried out. Thirdly, the main circuit and control circuit of the low power contactless power transmission device are designed. Aiming at improving the transmission efficiency of the system, the suitable output voltage frequency is selected, and the voltage type bridge high frequency inverter circuit is designed. At the same time, the SP capacitor compensation circuit is introduced on both sides of the loosely coupled transformer, which reduces the reactive power loss of the system and improves the coupling coefficient. Considering the fluctuation factor of the output voltage, the secondary voltage feedback circuit is used to improve the stability of the output voltage of the system. Finally, the power and efficiency of the low power contactless power transmission device are tested under load and no load. The test results show that the low power contactless power transmission device has the advantages of stable output voltage and high transmission efficiency, and meets the design requirements.
