電磁聲發(fā)射機理及數(shù)值分析研究

【摘要】:電磁聲發(fā)射檢測技術(shù)是近幾年出現(xiàn)的一項新的無損檢測技術(shù),它通過對金屬材料的局部電磁加載產(chǎn)生洛倫茲力激發(fā)聲發(fā)射現(xiàn)象從而實現(xiàn)對導(dǎo)體材料缺陷的檢測,確定設(shè)備或構(gòu)件的完整性,因此對電磁聲發(fā)射技術(shù)的研究具有一定的理論意義,另外因不需對測試構(gòu)件進行整體加載而在工程聲發(fā)射檢測中具有非常重要的應(yīng)用價值。本文通過理論分析電磁聲發(fā)射的產(chǎn)生機理,利用有限元分析軟件,建立3D電磁場對電磁聲發(fā)射的模型進行求解分析,并且通過搭建電磁聲發(fā)射檢測實驗平臺,對不同尺寸裂紋進行電磁激勵下的聲發(fā)射實驗研究,完成鋁板裂紋的電磁聲發(fā)射檢測及評價方法。主要研究內(nèi)容如下:1、根據(jù)電磁學(xué)電致渦流原理,對通電的空心圓柱線圈進行電磁場分析,結(jié)合力學(xué)以及聲發(fā)射技術(shù)分析了電磁聲發(fā)射的產(chǎn)生機理,獲得其數(shù)學(xué)模型。2、利用COMSOL有限元分析軟件對電磁激勵系統(tǒng)的參數(shù)進行設(shè)計,確定了最佳激勵線圈結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)和電磁激勵參數(shù),并對不同尺寸的裂紋進行仿真研究,分析了裂紋長度和裂紋深度的變化對電磁激勵效果的影響。3、基于EMAE實驗平臺,對不同尺寸的裂紋進行電磁聲發(fā)射實驗研究,利用特性參數(shù)分析、頻譜分析以及小波包分析等多種手段進行信號處理和信息挖掘,獲得能用于EMAE測試的主要聲發(fā)射特征參量和波形參量。4、通過對EMAE實驗信號進行分解和重構(gòu),獲得表征缺陷特征的聲發(fā)射波形,并對根據(jù)波形重新生成典型AE特征參量,進而確定特征參量隨裂紋長度和裂紋深度演變規(guī)律,完成電磁聲發(fā)射對于含不同裂紋尺寸鋁板的檢測及評價方法,為其工程應(yīng)用奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Electromagnetic acoustic emission (EAE) detection is a new nondestructive testing technique in recent years. It can detect the defects of conductor materials by the phenomenon of Lorentz force excited acoustic emission caused by local electromagnetic loading of metal materials. To determine the integrity of the equipment or components, the study of electromagnetic acoustic emission technology has a certain theoretical significance, in addition, it has a very important application value in engineering acoustic emission detection because it does not need to load the whole test components. In this paper, the mechanism of electromagnetic acoustic emission is analyzed theoretically, and the 3D electromagnetic field model is established by using finite element analysis software, and the experimental platform of electromagnetic acoustic emission detection is built. The acoustic emission (AE) experiments of cracks with different sizes were carried out under electromagnetic excitation. The detection and evaluation of cracks in aluminum plates were carried out by electromagnetic acoustic emission (EOAE). The main research contents are as follows: according to the electromagnetic-induced eddy current principle, the electromagnetic field of the electrically charged hollow cylindrical coil is analyzed, and the mechanism of electromagnetic acoustic emission is analyzed in combination with mechanics and acoustic emission technology. The mathematical model .2is obtained. The parameters of electromagnetic excitation system are designed by using COMSOL finite element analysis software, and the structure parameters and electromagnetic excitation parameters of the optimal excitation coil are determined, and the cracks of different sizes are simulated. The influence of crack length and crack depth on the electromagnetic excitation effect is analyzed. Based on the EMAE experimental platform, the electromagnetic acoustic emission experiments of cracks of different sizes are carried out, and the characteristic parameters are analyzed. Spectrum analysis and wavelet packet analysis are used for signal processing and information mining to obtain the main acoustic emission characteristic parameters and waveform parameters. 4, which can be used in EMAE testing. The EMAE experimental signals are decomposed and reconstructed. Acoustic emission waveforms representing defect characteristics are obtained, and the characteristic parameters of AE are regenerated according to the waveforms, and the evolution of characteristic parameters with crack length and crack depth is determined. The detection and evaluation method of electromagnetic acoustic emission (EAE) for aluminum plate with different crack sizes is completed, which lays a foundation for its engineering application.
