【摘要】：螺母作為機械設(shè)備主要連接零部件之一,依靠其優(yōu)秀的機械特性,廣泛的應(yīng)用于各類機械設(shè)備中。因此對螺母使用性能進行檢測顯得尤為重要。對目前螺紋檢測設(shè)備進行調(diào)查研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)存在檢測效率低、檢測成本高等問題,難以滿足螺母出口企業(yè)的批量全檢要求。因此有必要研制一臺適用性強、效率高、成本低的螺母內(nèi)螺紋檢測設(shè)備。首先,根據(jù)選定的接觸式綜合測量法以及制定的設(shè)備技術(shù)指標(biāo),本文提出立式螺母內(nèi)螺紋檢測機的總體設(shè)計方案,采用模塊化思想將設(shè)計方案分為機架總成、檢測平臺總成和螺母移動定位總成等,對各組成部分進行設(shè)計計算,驗證設(shè)計合理性。樣機完成后進行樣機實驗,對實驗數(shù)據(jù)進行分析總結(jié)。針對實驗過程中出現(xiàn)的問題提出解決方案,并對立式螺母內(nèi)螺紋檢測機設(shè)計方案進行總結(jié)。然后,針對立式螺母內(nèi)螺紋檢測機實驗后出現(xiàn)的問題,提出臥式螺母內(nèi)螺紋檢測機的總體設(shè)計方案。采用模塊化思想將設(shè)計方案分為機架總成、移動總成、檢測平臺總成、上料總成和分揀總成等,并對主要零部件進行設(shè)計與選型計算。其中設(shè)計的雙向?qū)�桿式離合器通過與齒輪結(jié)構(gòu)配合,實現(xiàn)一個伺服電機同時控制四個檢測工位。最后,為驗證設(shè)計方案的可靠性和安全性,對設(shè)備進行建模和虛擬裝配,并對重要的零件進行有限元分析。同時參與完成臥式螺母內(nèi)螺紋檢測機控制系統(tǒng)的需求分析、方案設(shè)計、工作流程制定等工作。
[Abstract]:As one of the main parts of the mechanical equipment, nut is widely used in all kinds of mechanical equipment depending on its excellent mechanical properties. Therefore, it is very important to detect the performance of nuts. Investigation and Research on the current thread detection equipment have found that there is a low detection efficiency and high detection cost, and it is difficult to meet the nut. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a screw thread testing equipment with strong applicability, high efficiency and low cost. First, according to the selected contact comprehensive measurement method and the set of equipment technical indexes, the overall design scheme of the vertical nut internal thread testing machine is proposed in this paper, and the design of the modular idea will be adopted. The scheme is divided into the frame assembly, the detection platform assembly and the nut moving and positioning assembly. The design and calculation of the components are designed to verify the rationality of the design. After the prototype is completed, the prototype experiment is carried out and the experimental data are analyzed and summarized. The solutions are proposed for the problems in the experimental process, and the vertical nut inner thread testing machine is designed. The scheme is summarized. Then, in view of the problems of the vertical nut inner thread testing machine, the overall design scheme of the horizontal nut internal thread testing machine is proposed. The design scheme is divided into the frame assembly, the mobile assembly, the inspection platform assembly, the assembly and the sorting assembly, and the design and design of the main parts and components. The two-way guide rod clutch is designed to realize a servo motor and control four detection stations at the same time by cooperating with the gear structure. Finally, in order to verify the reliability and safety of the design scheme, the equipment is modeled and assembled, and the important parts are analyzed by finite element analysis. Meanwhile, the horizontal nut is completed. Requirements analysis, program design, workflow formulation of internal thread detecting machine control system.
