集成制造工藝的可重構(gòu)機(jī)床配置與優(yōu)化方法研究

【摘要】:可重構(gòu)機(jī)床(Reconfigurable Machine Tools,RMT)是一種符合制造業(yè)未來發(fā)展趨勢的新型機(jī)床。目前國內(nèi)外大多研究者都將RMT結(jié)構(gòu)配置和制造工藝優(yōu)化看作兩個相對獨(dú)立的研究內(nèi)容,然而二者間存在著不可忽視的聯(lián)系。制造工藝與RMT配置的協(xié)同優(yōu)化,有利于獲得低投入高產(chǎn)出的制造系統(tǒng)。因此,本課題對集成制造工藝的RMT配置優(yōu)化問題展開研究,以獲得可行的解決方法。(1)在分析RMT特性的基礎(chǔ)上,闡述了集成制造工藝的RMT配置優(yōu)化問題的研究思想,構(gòu)建了問題的四層研究體系結(jié)構(gòu),系統(tǒng)地分析了研究過程中涉及的關(guān)鍵問題,確定了解決相關(guān)問題的技術(shù)路線。(2)分析零件加工特征的類型,對加工特征成型方式進(jìn)行了形式化描述,在此基礎(chǔ)上定義了特征加工單元,并建立零件特征加工工藝信息模型,構(gòu)建特征加工單元間的工藝約束;進(jìn)一步對零件工藝路線規(guī)劃問題進(jìn)行建模,設(shè)計遺傳算法實現(xiàn)了問題的求解,輔以實例驗證了方法的可行性。(3)依據(jù)功能結(jié)構(gòu)將RMT機(jī)械系統(tǒng)劃分為子模塊,再根據(jù)子模塊間的關(guān)聯(lián)特性構(gòu)建功能部件群,并利用多色集合理論建立功能部件群模型;應(yīng)用該模型提出了工序到RMT配置方案的映射方法,并結(jié)合實例予以論證。(4)從工序和工藝路線兩個層面出發(fā),對RMT配置方案進(jìn)行局部優(yōu)化和全局優(yōu)化。以降低RMT成本、模塊數(shù)、功能冗余度為目標(biāo),采用簡單線性加權(quán)法對工序可行RMT配置方案解集綜合評估,再排序擇優(yōu),實現(xiàn)了局部優(yōu)化;以降低零件RMT機(jī)群的成本、模塊數(shù)、功能冗余度為目標(biāo),結(jié)合理想點法和遺傳算法對零件RMT機(jī)群可行配置方案解集進(jìn)行優(yōu)選,實現(xiàn)了全局優(yōu)化;分別以實例證明了方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:Reconfigurable machine tool (Reconfigurable Machine Tools,RMT) is a new type of machine tool which accords with the future development trend of manufacturing industry. At present, most researchers at home and abroad regard RMT structure configuration and manufacturing process optimization as two relatively independent research contents. However, there is a relationship between the two. The cooperative optimization of manufacturing process and RMT configuration is beneficial to obtain low input and high output manufacturing system. Therefore, this paper studies the RMT configuration optimization of integrated manufacturing process in order to obtain a feasible solution. (1) on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of RMT, this paper expounds the research idea of RMT configuration optimization of integrated manufacturing process. The four-layer research architecture of the problem is constructed, the key problems involved in the research process are systematically analyzed, and the technical route to solve the related problems is determined. (2) the types of machining features of the parts are analyzed. On the basis of the formal description of machining feature forming method, the feature processing unit is defined, and the process information model of part feature processing is established, and the process constraints among feature processing units are constructed. Furthermore, the process route planning problem of parts is modeled, genetic algorithm is designed to solve the problem, and the feasibility of the method is verified by an example. (3) the RMT mechanical system is divided into sub-modules according to the functional structure. Then the functional component group is constructed according to the correlation characteristics between sub-modules, and the functional component group model is established by using the polychromatic set theory. Using this model, the mapping method from process to RMT configuration scheme is put forward and demonstrated with an example. (4) Local and global optimization of RMT configuration scheme is carried out from two aspects of process and process route. In order to reduce the cost of RMT, the number of modules and the degree of functional redundancy, a simple linear weighting method is used to evaluate the solution set of feasible RMT configuration scheme of working procedure comprehensively, and then the optimization is selected and local optimization is realized. In order to reduce the cost, the number of modules and the degree of functional redundancy of part RMT cluster, the solution set of feasible configuration scheme of part RMT cluster is optimized by using ideal point method and genetic algorithm, and the global optimization is realized. Examples are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the method.
