【摘要】：采用X射線衍射分析(XRD)、電子背散射衍射分析(EBSD)、電導(dǎo)率測試、硬度測試、拉伸試驗、晶間腐蝕試驗和剝落腐蝕試驗,研究了冷變形對超高強Al-13.01Zn-3.16Mg-2.8Cu-0.204Zr-0.0757Sr鋁合金組織及性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,相比傳統(tǒng)固溶-時效工藝,合金在固溶-冷壓縮-時效工藝下平均晶粒尺寸減小,硬度、電導(dǎo)率、小角度晶界比例、抗拉和屈服強度增大和抗腐蝕性能變好。在固溶-冷壓縮-時效(100℃/24 h)工藝下合金的硬度、電導(dǎo)率、屈服、抗拉強度達(dá)到了2430 MPa、25.085%IACS、683.2 MPa和734.7 MPa,延伸率為6.1%,且晶間腐蝕深度為28.57μm,晶間腐蝕等級為二級。
[Abstract]:The (XRD), Electron Backscatter diffraction was used to analyze the conductivity of (EBSD), hardness test, tensile test, intergranular corrosion test and exfoliation corrosion test. The effect of cold deformation on the microstructure and properties of ultra high strength Al-13.01Zn-3.16Mg-2.8Cu-0.204Zr-0.0757Sr aluminum alloy was studied. The results show that the average grain size, hardness, conductivity, grain boundary ratio, tensile and yield strength, and corrosion resistance of the alloy are decreased, hardness, conductivity, low angle grain boundary ratio, tensile and yield strength are increased, and corrosion resistance is improved under the solid solution-cold compression aging process compared with the traditional solid solution-aging process.
