【摘要】：用光學(xué)顯微鏡、X射線衍射儀以及電子萬能試驗(yàn)機(jī),研究了正擠壓-扭轉(zhuǎn)剪切變形對(duì)AZ31、AZ61和AZ80鎂合金組織和力學(xué)性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,經(jīng)正擠壓-扭轉(zhuǎn)剪切變形后,鎂合金發(fā)生了顯著的晶粒細(xì)化和基面織構(gòu)弱化,其中:AZ61鎂合金發(fā)生了充分的動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶,可將晶粒尺寸顯著細(xì)化至3μm,隨擠壓溫度的升高,晶粒有所長大,基面織構(gòu)受位錯(cuò)脫釘作用而進(jìn)一步弱化,AZ31鎂合金在擠壓溫度為250℃時(shí)獲得優(yōu)良的力學(xué)性能,其壓縮率和抗壓強(qiáng)度分別高達(dá)29.2%和395 MPa。
[Abstract]:The effects of forward extrusion and torsional shear deformation on the microstructure and mechanical properties of AZ31,AZ61 and AZ80 magnesium alloys were studied by means of optical microscope, X-ray diffractometer and electronic universal testing machine. The results show that after positive extrusion and torsional shear deformation, the grain size of AZ61 magnesium alloy is reduced to 3 渭 m, and the grain size of the magnesium alloy is reduced to 3 渭 m, and the grain size of AZ61 magnesium alloy is reduced to 3 渭 m by dynamic recrystallization. With the increase of extrusion temperature, the grain size grows, the base texture is further weakened by dislocation denailing, and the mechanical properties of AZ31 magnesium alloy are obtained when the extrusion temperature is 250 鈩，
