考慮板底脫空的水泥混凝土路面計算分析

【摘要】:脫空是水泥混凝土路面常見的破壞形式之一。當路面板底部出現(xiàn)脫空現(xiàn)象時,水泥混凝土路面受力模式發(fā)生改變,特別是當路面板角處底部發(fā)生脫空時,處于脫空位置的路面板近似于懸臂板,在車輛荷載的作用下脫空位置的邊緣處會產(chǎn)生較大的應力,而板角處則會產(chǎn)生過大的撓度,嚴重影響路面的使用性能。我國現(xiàn)行水泥混凝土路面的設計方法尚未考慮路面板底脫空的影響,導致路面板底部發(fā)生脫空現(xiàn)象后,路面很容易發(fā)生破壞,因此,需要有一套考慮板底部脫空的路面設計方法來完善現(xiàn)有的設計理論,而對板底部脫空路面荷載應力和撓度的計算,可以為考慮板底部脫空的路面設計方法提供理論分析依據(jù)。 本文介紹了兩種求解板底部脫空路面撓度和荷載應力的方法——解析法和數(shù)值法,并重點用數(shù)值法對板底部脫空路面進行了計算分析。利用有限元程序ABAQUS建立了板底部脫空路面三維有限元模型,分析了在車輛荷載作用下板底脫空路面的受力情況,計算表明當路面板角處底部發(fā)生脫空時,路面撓度隨脫空面邊長的增大顯著增加,其對應關系可用指數(shù)函數(shù)表征。當路面板邊縱縫底部發(fā)生脫空時,路面撓度與脫空面邊長也呈指數(shù)對應關系。 本文通過對不同脫空尺寸路面有限元計算結(jié)果的統(tǒng)計分析,得出了板角處和板邊縱縫處底部脫空路面撓度和脫空面邊長的關系式;通過對不同面層厚度的板底脫空路面撓度的計算分析,給出了脫空路面撓度和路面板厚度的關系式;通過對不同基層彈性模量路面應力的計算分析,得到了板的荷載應力和基層彈性模量的關系式。最后,本文對解析法和數(shù)值法進行了簡要闡述,并對比分析了兩種計算方法的優(yōu)缺點。 本文通過對板底脫空水泥路面的計算分析得到了有意義的結(jié)論,對板底脫空水泥路面設計理論的提出有一定的參考作用。
[Abstract]:Void is one of the common failure forms of cement concrete pavement.When the void phenomenon appears at the bottom of the road slab, the stress mode of cement concrete pavement changes, especially when the bottom of the road slab corner occurs void, the road slab in the void position is similar to the cantilever slab.Under the action of vehicle load, the edge of the void position will produce greater stress, while the deflection of the plate corner will be too large, which will seriously affect the performance of the pavement.The present design method of cement concrete pavement in our country has not considered the influence of the void on the floor of the pavement slab, which leads to the phenomenon of void at the bottom of the pavement slab, and the pavement is liable to be destroyed.It is necessary to have a set of pavement design methods considering the void at the bottom of the slab to perfect the existing design theory, and the calculation of the load stress and deflection of the empty pavement at the bottom of the slab can provide a theoretical analysis basis for the design method of the pavement considering the void at the bottom of the slab.In this paper, two methods to solve deflection and load stress of slab bottom voids pavement are introduced, which are analytic method and numerical method, and the numerical method is used to calculate and analyze the empty pavement at the bottom of slab.Using finite element program ABAQUS, the three-dimensional finite element model of slab bottom empty pavement is established, and the stress situation of slab bottom empty pavement under vehicle load is analyzed. The calculation shows that when the bottom of the road slab corner occurs void,The deflection of pavement increases significantly with the increase of the side length of the clearance surface, and the corresponding relation can be expressed by exponential function.When the bottom of the longitudinal joint of the slab edge is empty, the deflection of the pavement is exponentially related to the side length of the clearance surface.Based on the statistical analysis of the finite element calculation results of pavement with different void sizes, the relationship between deflection and side length of the empty pavement at the bottom of the plate corner and the longitudinal joint of the plate edge is obtained in this paper.Through the calculation and analysis of the deflection of the pavement with different surface thickness, the relationship between the deflection of the defected pavement and the thickness of the pavement slab is given, and the stress of the pavement with different elastic modulus of the base is calculated and analyzed.The relationship between the load stress and the elastic modulus of the base is obtained.Finally, the analytical method and the numerical method are briefly described, and the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods are compared and analyzed.In this paper, a meaningful conclusion is obtained through the calculation and analysis of the slab bottom voids cement pavement, which can be used as a reference for the design theory of the slab bottom empty cement pavement.
