大型樞紐機場陸側(cè)交通系統(tǒng)客運服務(wù)水平評價研究

【摘要】:提出了一種以機場為主體的評價機場陸側(cè)交通系統(tǒng)客運服務(wù)水平的研究方法,并利用此方法計算了機場陸側(cè)交通系統(tǒng)及單種陸側(cè)交通方式的客運服務(wù)水平指數(shù),對陸側(cè)交通系統(tǒng)的客運服務(wù)水平進(jìn)行了分級評價首先界定了大型樞紐機場的范圍,根據(jù)地理經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)位機場規(guī)模等因素對研究對象進(jìn)行了選取,其次對各大型樞紐的陸側(cè)交通系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行分析,對包括陸側(cè)交通系統(tǒng)組成不同交通方式的客運比例結(jié)構(gòu)價格旅行時間換乘方便性舒適性可靠性等因素進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的分析總結(jié)了陸側(cè)交通系統(tǒng)的組成方式:鐵路地鐵機場快軌小汽車出租車常規(guī)公交以及機場巴士7種交通方式提煉了以列車載客量發(fā)車頻次滿座率旅行時間乘車價格延誤舒適性換乘距離為主的評價指標(biāo)體系,利用層次分析法確定了各指標(biāo)權(quán)重將評價模型應(yīng)用于各大樞紐機場,對其陸側(cè)交通系統(tǒng)的客運客運服務(wù)水平進(jìn)行了分級,同時,進(jìn)一步細(xì)化了陸側(cè)交通系統(tǒng)中不同交通方式的客運服務(wù)水平,并且根據(jù)航空旅客類型(商務(wù)型航空旅客和休閑型航空旅客)的區(qū)別,針對不同旅客類型對陸側(cè)交通系統(tǒng)的要求側(cè)重點的不一致性,對機場陸側(cè)交通系統(tǒng)客運服務(wù)水平的評判標(biāo)準(zhǔn)也有所區(qū)別,,分別建立不同乘客類型決策下的機場陸側(cè)交通系統(tǒng)客運服務(wù)水平評價模型最后分析了提高機場陸側(cè)交通系統(tǒng)客運服務(wù)水平的改善措施 陸側(cè)交通系統(tǒng)的客運服務(wù)水平反映的是機場實際年平均日進(jìn)出機場客流量與陸側(cè)交通系統(tǒng)集散能力的關(guān)系,客運服務(wù)水平越高,表示機場陸側(cè)交通系統(tǒng)的合理性越高經(jīng)過驗證與應(yīng)用的陸側(cè)交通系統(tǒng)客運服務(wù)水平評價模型,對新建機場陸側(cè)交通系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃和已有機場陸側(cè)交通系統(tǒng)的改善具備一定的參考意義
[Abstract]:In this paper, a research method of evaluating passenger service level of airport land side traffic system is put forward, and the passenger service level index of airport land side traffic system and single land side traffic mode is calculated by using this method.In this paper, the passenger service level of the land side traffic system is evaluated. Firstly, the scope of the large terminal airport is defined, and the research object is selected according to the factors such as the size of the airport located in the geographical economic zone, and so on.Secondly, the land side traffic system of each large hub is analyzed.This paper makes a systematic analysis on the factors such as the proportion structure of passenger transport, including the different traffic modes of the land side traffic system, price, travel time, convenience, comfort, reliability, etc., and sums up the composition of the land side traffic system: railway ground.This paper refines the evaluation index system based on train capacity departure frequency, full seat travel time, travel price delay, comfort transfer distance, and other seven modes of transportation, such as railway airport express railway, car, taxi, bus routine, public transport and airport bus.The weight of each index is determined by analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The evaluation model is applied to each terminal airport, and the passenger transport service level of its land side traffic system is classified, and at the same time,It further refines the level of passenger service of different modes of transport in the land side traffic system, and according to the type of air passenger (commercial air passenger and leisure air passenger),In view of the inconsistency of the requirements of different passenger types to the land side traffic system, the evaluation criteria for the passenger service level of the airport land side traffic system are also different.The evaluation model of passenger service level of airport land side traffic system under different passenger type decision is established. Finally, the improvement measures to improve the passenger service level of airport land side traffic system are analyzed.The passenger service level of the land side traffic system reflects the relationship between the actual annual average daily passenger flow in and out of the airport and the distribution capacity of the land side traffic system. The higher the passenger transport service level is, the higher the passenger transport service level is.It indicates that the rationality of the land side traffic system of the airport is higher and the evaluation model of passenger service level of the land side traffic system is verified and applied, which has certain reference significance for the planning of the land side traffic system of the new airport and the improvement of the existing airport land side traffic system.
