不均勻積水條件對(duì)路面行車安全的影響

【摘要】：采用Fluent有限元仿真分析軟件,建立輪胎-路面-流體三維有限元模型,模擬不同水膜厚度和汽車行駛速度條件下汽車輪胎所受動(dòng)水壓力的理論變化值,定量地分析了水膜厚度和車速對(duì)積水路面車輛側(cè)轉(zhuǎn)角的影響以及積水段路面上車輛的橫向穩(wěn)定性能。研究結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)水膜厚度大于胎面花紋深度時(shí),動(dòng)水壓強(qiáng)隨車速的增大而增加較快,且動(dòng)水高壓區(qū)由輪胎中間向輪胎邊緣呈近似三角分布。在無駕駛員操控情況下,當(dāng)汽車左右輪分別高速(90 km/h)行駛在干燥和積水路面,水膜厚度介于9~12 mm時(shí),1 s后汽車的相對(duì)側(cè)轉(zhuǎn)角差超過最佳控制角度(25°),此時(shí)汽車操縱性開始下降;2 s后汽車的相對(duì)側(cè)轉(zhuǎn)角差已超過90°,車輛發(fā)生側(cè)滑,易產(chǎn)生交通事故。
[Abstract]:A three-dimensional finite element model of tire, pavement and fluid is established by using Fluent software. The theoretical variation of dynamic water pressure on tire is simulated under different water film thickness and driving speed. The influence of water film thickness and speed on the lateral turning angle of the vehicle and the lateral stability of the vehicle on the waterlogged pavement are analyzed quantitatively. The results show that when the water film thickness is greater than the tread pattern depth, the hydrodynamic pressure increases rapidly with the increase of the speed, and the hydrodynamic high pressure region shows an approximate triangular distribution from the middle of the tire to the tire edge. In the absence of driver control, when the car's left and right wheels are running at a high speed (90 km/h), respectively, on dry and watery roads, When the thickness of water film is between 9 and 12 mm, the relative lateral angle difference of the vehicle exceeds the optimal control angle (25 擄) after 1 s, and the vehicle maneuverability begins to decrease, and the relative lateral angle difference of the vehicle exceeds 90 擄after 2 seconds, which makes the vehicle slip sideways and cause traffic accidents easily.
