【摘要】：離心式壓縮機(jī)是一種葉片旋轉(zhuǎn)式壓縮機(jī),已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)今工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中應(yīng)用最為普遍的壓縮機(jī)類型,廣泛應(yīng)用于石油、化工、冶金、礦山等領(lǐng)域。離心式壓縮機(jī)在壓縮和輸送化工生產(chǎn)的各種氣體中起關(guān)鍵作用,相當(dāng)于大型生產(chǎn)裝置中的心臟部位。保證壓縮機(jī)組安全、可靠、穩(wěn)定的持續(xù)不間斷運(yùn)行是重中之重。不過,在常規(guī)的保護(hù)之外,離心式壓縮機(jī)還有一些固有的而且是難以消除的缺陷,例如穩(wěn)定工作區(qū)域窄,容易發(fā)生喘振等,可能因?yàn)槲⑿〉钠�差而造成�?yán)重事故,這些事故往往發(fā)生的比較突然切無常規(guī)性,單單依靠人工判斷和預(yù)防處理會(huì)措手不及。本文以某石化分公司煉油廠200萬噸／年柴油加氫裝置為背景,對(duì)循環(huán)氫離心壓縮機(jī)組控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),構(gòu)建了控制系統(tǒng)架構(gòu),提出循環(huán)氫離心壓縮機(jī)綜合控制策略,全面地考慮了離心壓縮機(jī)運(yùn)行中可能發(fā)生的因素,對(duì)報(bào)警、聯(lián)鎖、油壓等控制功能進(jìn)行了分析,對(duì)防喘振和調(diào)速問題進(jìn)行了較為深入的研究。設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于TS3000 PLC邏輯控制器的控制系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu),開發(fā)了以Intouch HMI軟件為核心的壓縮機(jī)運(yùn)行監(jiān)控平臺(tái),包括測(cè)點(diǎn)清單、報(bào)警畫面、聯(lián)鎖畫面、氣路畫面、開車畫面等,使柴油加氫壓縮機(jī)在對(duì)氫氣的輸送加壓的過程中,操作、監(jiān)控更加合理與簡(jiǎn)便,對(duì)離心壓縮機(jī)系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行起到積極的作用。通過控制系統(tǒng)投入實(shí)際運(yùn)行過程中循環(huán)氫離心壓縮機(jī)組的運(yùn)行特性和工藝流程中可能出現(xiàn)的問題,控制方案結(jié)合現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工藝的要求進(jìn)行了修改,保證了壓縮機(jī)組能夠滿足工藝生產(chǎn),實(shí)現(xiàn)了壓縮輸送氫氣及柴油脫硫脫氮。
[Abstract]:Centrifugal compressor is a vane rotary compressor, which has been widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, mining and other fields. Centrifugal compressor plays a key role in compressing and transporting all kinds of gases produced in chemical industry, which is the heart of large production plant. Ensure the compressor unit safe, reliable, stable and continuous operation is the most important. However, in addition to conventional protection, centrifugal compressors have some inherent and difficult defects, such as narrow stable working areas, easy to surge and so on, which may cause serious accidents due to minor deviations. These accidents often occur suddenly unconventional, relying solely on manual judgment and prevention will be unprepared. Based on the 2 million t / a diesel hydrogenation unit of a petrochemical subsidiary refinery, the control system of the circulating hydrogen centrifugal compressor is designed, the control system structure is constructed, and the comprehensive control strategy of the circulating hydrogen centrifugal compressor is put forward. Taking into account the possible factors in centrifugal compressor operation, the control functions of alarm, interlock and oil pressure are analyzed, and the problems of anti-surge and speed regulation are deeply studied. The control system structure based on TS3000 PLC logic controller is designed and implemented, and the compressor operation monitoring platform based on Intouch HMI software is developed, including the list of measuring points, alarm screen, interlock screen, gas path picture, driving screen, etc. It is more reasonable and convenient to operate and monitor the diesel hydrogenation compressor in the process of hydrogen transportation and pressurization, which plays a positive role in the stable operation of the centrifugal compressor system. Through the operation characteristics of the circulating hydrogen centrifugal compressor unit and the possible problems in the process flow during the actual operation of the control system, the control scheme is modified in combination with the requirements of the field process. It ensures that the compressor unit can meet the process production and realizes the compression transportation of hydrogen and diesel oil desulphurization and denitrification.
