【摘要】：近年來，隨著全球市場經(jīng)濟(jì)和知識經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，制造業(yè)面臨著前所未有的挑戰(zhàn)。滿足客戶的個(gè)性化需求已成為現(xiàn)代企業(yè)的發(fā)展方向，如何以較低的成本快速設(shè)計(jì)出滿足客戶需求的產(chǎn)品是困擾企業(yè)的難題之一。到目前為止，，國內(nèi)外研究者對大批量定制生產(chǎn)的研究已經(jīng)取得了一定的進(jìn)展，但大多數(shù)是針對大批量定制的概念和產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)等方面的研究，對產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)過程的具體軟件實(shí)施方面的研究還屬甚少。而訂單驅(qū)動型生產(chǎn)方式正體現(xiàn)了大批量定制的思想，因此本文著重研究訂單驅(qū)動的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)，主要研究工作包括以下幾個(gè)方面： 首先，根據(jù)訂單驅(qū)動型生產(chǎn)方式的特點(diǎn)，結(jié)合訂單驅(qū)動型產(chǎn)品配置與排程系統(tǒng)的體系結(jié)構(gòu)，將產(chǎn)品配置設(shè)計(jì)與排程系統(tǒng)的整個(gè)過程分為客戶需求的獲取與處理、產(chǎn)品族建立、產(chǎn)品配置與生產(chǎn)排程四部分；結(jié)合當(dāng)今理論分別闡述了產(chǎn)品配置與排程系統(tǒng)的基本原理。 其次，進(jìn)行了產(chǎn)品配置設(shè)計(jì)與排程系統(tǒng)的功能設(shè)計(jì)。分析了系統(tǒng)的體系結(jié)構(gòu)，將系統(tǒng)整體分為四個(gè)層次：應(yīng)用層、功能層、數(shù)據(jù)層和基礎(chǔ)服務(wù)層；根據(jù)前文的理論將系統(tǒng)分為相對應(yīng)的四個(gè)功能子系統(tǒng)；對系統(tǒng)的整體功能結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析，詳細(xì)描述了各模塊的功能，為構(gòu)建配置與排程系統(tǒng)做鋪墊。 最后，結(jié)合前文的理論研究，對機(jī)械產(chǎn)品配置設(shè)計(jì)與排程系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了總體設(shè)計(jì)，介紹了系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)環(huán)境及技術(shù)，并對產(chǎn)品族中零部件的編碼進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。最后以一批訂單為例，介紹了整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行過程，對論文研究的理論和方法進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of global market economy and knowledge economy, manufacturing industry is facing unprecedented challenges. It has become the development direction of modern enterprises to meet the individual needs of customers. How to quickly design products to meet customers' needs at lower cost is one of the difficult problems for enterprises. Up to now, researchers at home and abroad have made some progress in mass customization production, but most of them focus on the concept of mass customization and product design. The research on the specific software implementation of the product design process is still very few. The order-driven mode of production embodies the idea of mass customization, so this paper focuses on the research of order-driven product design system, the main research work includes the following aspects: first, According to the characteristics of order-driven production mode and the architecture of order-driven product configuration and scheduling system, the whole process of product configuration design and scheduling system is divided into customer demand acquisition and processing, product family establishment. The basic principle of product configuration and scheduling system is expounded in combination with the current theory. Secondly, the product configuration design and the function design of the scheduling system are carried out. The architecture of the system is analyzed, and the whole system is divided into four levels: application layer, function layer, data layer and basic service layer, and the system is divided into four functional subsystems according to the previous theory. The overall functional structure of the system is analyzed, and the functions of each module are described in detail, which pave the way for the construction of configuration and scheduling system. Finally, combined with the previous theoretical research, the overall design of the mechanical product configuration design and scheduling system is carried out, the development environment and technology of the system are introduced, and the coding of the parts in the product family is designed. Finally, taking a batch of orders as an example, the operation process of the whole system is introduced, and the theory and method of the thesis are verified.
