基于等效擬合和掃掠線的漸開線圓柱齒輪齒形誤差計算方法

【摘要】:為了提高成形磨齒的加工精度,針對現(xiàn)有的齒形誤差計算方法,提出了一種基于等效擬合和曲線掃掠的漸開線圓柱齒輪齒形誤差計算新方法。首先,利用最小二乘法,將在機測量獲得的齒廓坐標進行擬合,得到端面齒形的近似方程;然后,結合漸開線等效擬合法,通過將替換的理論漸開線繞坐標原點掃掠,利用包絡齒形近似曲線在基圓上畫出誤差弧長,即齒形誤差。引入某漸開線圓柱齒輪計算出齒形誤差,結果表明該方法可行、有效,并且計算過程簡便,結果更加精確。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the machining accuracy of forming grinding gear, a new method based on equivalent fitting and curve sweep is proposed to calculate the tooth profile error of involute cylindrical gear. First of all, by using the least square method, the tooth profile coordinates obtained by in-machine measurement are fitted to obtain the approximate equation of the tooth profile of the end face, and then, combined with the involute equivalent fitting method, the replaced theoretical involute is swept around the origin of the coordinates. The error arc length, that is, the tooth shape error, is drawn on the base circle by using the approximate curve of the envelope tooth shape. An involute cylindrical gear is introduced to calculate the tooth shape error. The results show that the method is feasible and effective, and the calculation process is simple and the results are more accurate.
