【摘要】：牙輪鉆機(jī)采用靜液壓制動(dòng),需要避免系統(tǒng)壓力波動(dòng)對(duì)泵產(chǎn)生的沖擊,同時(shí)鉆機(jī)的動(dòng)能或者勢(shì)能可以回收再利用。通過(guò)對(duì)靜液壓制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的計(jì)算與仿真分析,對(duì)閉式泵高壓溢流閥參數(shù)進(jìn)行調(diào)整,減小系統(tǒng)壓力沖擊;提出了制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)能量回收方案,并對(duì)能量回收系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了數(shù)學(xué)建模與仿真分析,獲得了蓄能器氣腔壓力隨時(shí)間的增長(zhǎng)關(guān)系,揭示了節(jié)流閥開(kāi)度大小與制動(dòng)時(shí)間的關(guān)系;對(duì)制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)能量回收效率進(jìn)行了計(jì)算。證明了牙輪鉆機(jī)采用靜液壓制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的正確性以及能量回收方案的可行性,實(shí)現(xiàn)了將鉆機(jī)動(dòng)能或者勢(shì)能轉(zhuǎn)換為蓄能器壓力能的能量回收,為大型車輛制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)能量回收提供了參考。
[Abstract]:The hydraulic brake is used in the rotary drilling rig, so it is necessary to avoid the impact of the pressure fluctuation on the pump, and the kinetic energy or potential energy of the drilling rig can be recovered and reused. Through the calculation and simulation analysis of hydrostatic braking system, the parameters of high pressure relief valve of closed pump are adjusted to reduce the pressure shock of the system, and the energy recovery scheme of braking system is put forward. The mathematical modeling and simulation analysis of the energy recovery system are carried out, and the relationship between the gas chamber pressure of the accumulator and the time is obtained, the relationship between the throttle opening and the braking time is revealed, and the energy recovery efficiency of the braking system is calculated. The correctness of the hydrostatic braking system and the feasibility of the energy recovery scheme are proved, and the energy recovery from the kinetic energy or potential energy of the drilling rig to the pressure energy of the accumulator is realized. It provides a reference for energy recovery of large vehicle braking system.
