施肥對(duì)土壤動(dòng)物群落的影響:野外實(shí)驗(yàn)和Meta分析

  土壤動(dòng)物在土壤的形成、維持生態(tài)系統(tǒng)功能等方面起著重要的作用,受到施肥等人類活動(dòng)的影響。然而,人們關(guān)于施肥對(duì)土壤動(dòng)物群落的具體影響仍然缺乏深刻的認(rèn)識(shí)。關(guān)于棲息地的變化和食物資源的改變對(duì)調(diào)控土壤動(dòng)物對(duì)施肥響應(yīng)的相對(duì)貢獻(xiàn)的爭(zhēng)論仍在繼續(xù)。因此,本人通過(guò)野外實(shí)驗(yàn)探討了N肥添加對(duì)土壤動(dòng)物群落的影響及其主導(dǎo)調(diào)控因素,并且通過(guò)meta分析來(lái)探索土壤動(dòng)物群落在全球尺度上對(duì)施肥的響應(yīng)及其調(diào)控因素。在第一項(xiàng)研究中(野外實(shí)驗(yàn),第二章),本人在中國(guó)東部楊樹人工林(Populus deltoids)中,通過(guò)模擬N沉降(0,50,100,150以及300 kg N ha-1 year-1)實(shí)驗(yàn),探討了總的土壤動(dòng)物以及植食性土壤動(dòng)物群落在不同土層(0-10,10-25和25-40 cm)對(duì)N添加的響應(yīng)。我們將不同施N水平所需的NH4NO3溶解于水中,采用背負(fù)式噴霧器將其均勻?yàn)⑷霕拥貋?lái)模擬N沉降。我們的結(jié)果表明:低濃度的N添加顯著增加了總土壤動(dòng)物和植食性土壤動(dòng)物密度(Dtotal和Dp),高...
