【摘要】:《倉儲作業(yè)管理》是物流專業(yè)的核心課程,利用倉儲管理系統(tǒng)開展教學活動,為理論與實踐相結(jié)合提供了平臺。盡管目前有很多成熟的倉儲管理系統(tǒng)軟件或第三方物流系統(tǒng)軟件在企業(yè)中進行實際運作和管理,在不斷改進管理模式的同時還提高了企業(yè)的工作效率。但是完全能夠適合高職院校教務(wù)任務(wù)、教學目標和技能目標的倉儲管理軟件教學極少,并存在無法對學生操作任務(wù)的考核和進行特殊工作任務(wù)下發(fā)的問題。結(jié)合高職物流管理專業(yè)倉儲作業(yè)管理課程的教學目標和教學任務(wù),以職業(yè)學院物流管理專業(yè)學生為應用對象,并借鑒其他商業(yè)的倉儲管理系統(tǒng)軟件,開發(fā)了一套適合高職院校教學的倉儲管理教學系統(tǒng)。本系統(tǒng)具有倉儲管理操作和教學管理操作兩大功能。倉儲管理操作主要包括商品基本信息管理、入庫管理、庫存管理和出庫管理等功能,主要讓學生掌握倉儲作業(yè)管理的主要流程和方法;教學管理操作主要包括用戶管理、實驗管理、實驗報告和實驗情景數(shù)據(jù)等功能,主要體現(xiàn)了教學的需要,教師可以對學生進行實驗任務(wù)的下發(fā),并對學生提交的實驗結(jié)果進行考核與評價。該系統(tǒng)供高職院校物流管理教學使用,改善了教師教授書本知識單調(diào)古板的局面,提高了授課效率,有助于教師對學生開展專項訓練;同時激發(fā)了學生的學習熱情,為學生提供了理論與實踐相結(jié)合實操平臺,提升了學生的動手操作能力。本系統(tǒng)還可以應用于中小倉儲企業(yè)的倉儲管理當中,為企業(yè)倉儲管理業(yè)務(wù)的系統(tǒng)化和規(guī)范化提供技術(shù)支持,同時對提高企業(yè)的管理水平也有很大的幫助。
[Abstract]:Warehouse operation management is the core course of logistics specialty, which uses warehouse management system to carry out teaching activities. It provides a platform for the combination of theory and practice. Although there are many mature warehousing management system software or third-party logistics system software in the actual operation and management in enterprises, At the same time, it also improves the working efficiency of the enterprise. However, there are few warehouse management software which can suit the teaching task, teaching goal and skill goal of higher vocational college. And there are some problems which can not be used to assess the students' operation tasks and carry out special work tasks, combining with the teaching objectives and teaching tasks of the warehousing and homework management courses of the logistics management major in higher vocational education. Taking the students of logistics management major in vocational college as the application object, and drawing lessons from other commercial warehousing management system software, This system has two functions: storage management operation and teaching management operation. Warehousing management operation mainly includes commodity basic information management, warehousing management, storage management. The functions of inventory management and exiting management mainly enable students to master the main flow and methods of warehouse operation management, and the teaching management operations mainly include user management, experimental management, experimental report and experimental scene data, etc. It mainly reflects the need of teaching. Teachers can send out experimental tasks to students and evaluate the experimental results submitted by students. The system can be used in the teaching of logistics management in higher vocational colleges. It improves the monotonous and stereotyped situation of teachers teaching book knowledge, improves the efficiency of teaching, helps teachers carry out special training for students, and at the same time stimulates students' enthusiasm for learning and provides students with a practical platform for combining theory and practice. The system can also be applied to the warehouse management of small and medium-sized warehousing enterprises, and provide technical support for the systematization and standardization of the business of warehousing management. At the same time to improve the management level of enterprises also have a lot of help.
