保險收付費系統(tǒng)的設計與實現

【摘要】:在保險業(yè)核心業(yè)務系統(tǒng)中,收付費系統(tǒng)是連接前端業(yè)務系統(tǒng)和后端財務系統(tǒng)的橋梁,按照保險行業(yè)關于業(yè)務一體化、財務集中化的目標,結合保險行業(yè)在財務核算上的要求和業(yè)務發(fā)展上的需要,提供保費收付、手續(xù)費支出、賠款收付、再保結算、集中業(yè)務收付管理等多種業(yè)務管理和核算板塊。在實現業(yè)務收付和財務核算的基礎上,完成對保險準備金以及各種財務單證的管理。收付費系統(tǒng)是保險行業(yè)信息系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分,對保險公司強化風險管控、優(yōu)化收支流程、提高處理效率、提升服務水平發(fā)揮著十分重要的作用。因此,對保險行業(yè)新一代收付費系統(tǒng)的研究具有非常重要的意義。本文依據財產保險公司日常工作需求,為滿足行業(yè)發(fā)展的需要,以軟件工程相關方法和技術為指導,詳細闡述了從系統(tǒng)需求分析到設計與實現的整個過程。針對保險行業(yè)收付款業(yè)務處理流程的復雜性,經過系統(tǒng)的調查、分析,開發(fā)出操作簡單、高度自動化的收付費系統(tǒng)。首先,本文結合業(yè)務需求,進行了系統(tǒng)需求分析,簡單介紹了基礎設置、查詢分析、保費收款、賠款、退/減保收付、手續(xù)費收付、再保收付、票據打印等模塊的功能;其次,通過對保險行業(yè)收付費業(yè)務和計算機領域MVC應用模式的分析,對系統(tǒng)的整體架構進行了設計。并且依據軟件工程的方法實現了系統(tǒng)的總體設計和詳細設計。最后,使用JAVA編程語言、MVC設計模式、DB2數據庫對系統(tǒng)進行實現。本文對保費收款流程、賠款支付流程、手續(xù)費支付流程進行了功能性測試和壓力測試。經測試,收付費系統(tǒng)所有的功能模塊均可以正常運行,能夠滿足公司的實際需求,完成了保險公司在收付業(yè)務環(huán)節(jié)的基本業(yè)務目標。該系統(tǒng)具有一定的金融領域行業(yè)特點,收付費系統(tǒng)基于財產保險公司的業(yè)務特點出發(fā),設計思想符合現代化企業(yè)管理理念,能夠滿足公司對收付費系統(tǒng)統(tǒng)一性、低耦合、自動化的要求。通過使用該系統(tǒng),能夠減少操作人員處理收付款耗費的時間,提高業(yè)務處理效率。該系統(tǒng)的成功為保險收付費系統(tǒng)建設提供了可借鑒的經驗,對保險行業(yè)防范違規(guī)風險、提升服務水平有一定的指導意義。
[Abstract]:In the core business system of the insurance industry, the collection and payment system is the bridge between the front-end business system and the back-end financial system. In accordance with the insurance industry's goal of business integration and financial centralization, In combination with the requirements of the insurance industry in financial accounting and the needs of business development, this paper provides a variety of business management and accounting boards, such as premium receipt and payment, handling fee and expenditure, claim receipt and payment, reinsurance and settlement, centralized business receipt and payment management, and so on. Complete the management of the insurance reserve and all kinds of financial documents on the basis of business receipt and payment and financial accounting. The collection and payment system is an important part of the insurance industry information system. It plays a very important role in strengthening the risk control, optimizing the income and expenditure process, improving the processing efficiency and improving the service level of insurance companies. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the new generation collection and payment system in insurance industry. According to the daily work needs of property insurance companies and to meet the needs of the development of the industry, the whole process from system requirement analysis to design and implementation is described in detail, under the guidance of software engineering methods and technologies. In view of the complexity of the process of receiving and paying in the insurance industry, through systematic investigation and analysis, a collection and payment system with simple operation and high automation is developed. First of all, this paper analyzes the system requirements according to the business requirements, and briefly introduces the functions of basic setup, inquiry analysis, premium collection, indemnity, refund / reduction, collection and payment of charges, reinsurance, receipt and payment, bill printing and so on. Secondly, the whole structure of the system is designed by analyzing the MVC application mode in the insurance industry. According to the method of software engineering, the overall design and detailed design of the system are realized. Finally, using JAVA programming language, MVC design pattern, DB2 database to implement the system. This paper carries on the function test and the stress test to the premium collection process, the indemnity payment process and the handling fee payment process. After testing, all the function modules of the system can run normally, which can meet the actual needs of the company and complete the basic business objectives of the insurance company in the payment and receipt business. The system has certain industry characteristics in the financial field. Based on the business characteristics of the property insurance company, the design idea accords with the modern enterprise management concept, and can satisfy the unity and low coupling of the collection and payment system of the company. Automation requirements. Through the use of the system, the operator can reduce the time spent processing payment and improve the efficiency of business processing. The success of the system provides the experience for the construction of the insurance collection and payment system, and has certain guiding significance for the insurance industry to prevent the risk of violating the regulations and to improve the service level.
