跨領(lǐng)域海量信息資源搜索是從事交叉學(xué)科和跨學(xué)科研究的重要前提。元搜索引擎不僅可以避免獨(dú)立搜索引擎覆蓋面較低的局限性，而且還可以充分發(fā)揮不同獨(dú)立搜索引擎之間的互補(bǔ)性�；谠阉饕娴目珙I(lǐng)域海量信息資源搜索需要解決四個(gè)關(guān)鍵問題，即協(xié)助用戶準(zhǔn)確表達(dá)搜索意圖、消除檢索詞的“一詞多義”和“多詞一義”現(xiàn)象、設(shè)計(jì)自動(dòng)調(diào)整檢索范圍的機(jī)制以及發(fā)揮用戶價(jià)值。面向跨領(lǐng)域海量信息資源的元搜索引擎采用多領(lǐng)域本體、語(yǔ)義Web和Web2.0技術(shù)，較好地解決了元搜索引擎的上述四個(gè)關(guān)鍵問題。相對(duì)于傳統(tǒng)元搜索引擎，，面向跨領(lǐng)域海量信息資源的元搜索引擎在基本思路、框架設(shè)計(jì)、流程設(shè)計(jì)、關(guān)鍵技術(shù)四個(gè)方面發(fā)生了重要變化。圖4。表1。參考文獻(xiàn)36。
