【摘要】:自以太網(wǎng)誕生之日起,以太網(wǎng)都是用來傳輸數(shù)據(jù),以太網(wǎng)設(shè)備都需要外接電源適配器或者自備蓄電池才能工作。2003年底發(fā)布的IEEE802.3af標(biāo)準(zhǔn)讓數(shù)據(jù)信號和直流電源能夠同時在一根網(wǎng)線上傳輸成為了可能,但隨著新的應(yīng)用對功率需求的越來越大,于2009年發(fā)布了新一代的IEEE802.3at標(biāo)準(zhǔn),該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為以太網(wǎng)應(yīng)用擴(kuò)寬了應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域,使得以太網(wǎng)供電技術(shù)成為了具有廣闊應(yīng)用前景的新興技術(shù)。本文針對基于PowerPC的光通信節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)備進(jìn)行了重新設(shè)計(jì),主要是在基于MPC8306微處理器上,完成光通信節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)備的最小系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì),使用以太網(wǎng)供電技術(shù)給最小系統(tǒng)提供穩(wěn)定電源供應(yīng),同時根據(jù)最小系統(tǒng)的功能將其劃分為處理器、存儲器、網(wǎng)口、串行調(diào)試接口、供電復(fù)位等模塊,并完成各個模塊的設(shè)計(jì),從而達(dá)到以下目的:(1)光通信節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)備能夠使用PoE系統(tǒng)供電;(2)基于MPC8306的最小系統(tǒng)能夠完成對系統(tǒng)各個業(yè)務(wù)卡的監(jiān)控以及控制;(3)根據(jù)系統(tǒng)對電磁兼容性的特殊要求,解決設(shè)備在特殊要求下的電磁干擾問題;(4)完成系統(tǒng)的軟件設(shè)計(jì),方便系統(tǒng)管理。本論文設(shè)計(jì)了主要的硬件電路,包括PSE、PD、供電芯片、CPLD、復(fù)位電路、時鐘分配,DDR2電路,Flash電路、通信接口電路。同時對以太網(wǎng)供電系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)方法做了詳細(xì)的分析,對系統(tǒng)硬件設(shè)計(jì)中的電磁兼容性設(shè)計(jì)做了詳細(xì)說明并提出了可靠的解決方案,針對該最小系統(tǒng)開發(fā),給出了幾個主要模塊的主程序流程圖和配置信息等,以完成對業(yè)務(wù)卡的控制和監(jiān)控。
[Abstract]:Since the birth of Ethernet, Ethernet has been used to transmit data. Ethernet devices require external power adapters or self-contained batteries to work. The IEEE802.3af standard issued at the end of 2003 made it possible for data signals and DC power to be transmitted simultaneously over a network line. However, with the increasing demand for power from new applications, a new generation of IEEE802.3at standards was released in 2009, which broadens the application fields of Ethernet applications and makes Ethernet power supply technology a new technology with broad application prospects. In this paper, the optical communication node equipment based on PowerPC is redesigned, mainly based on the MPC8306 microprocessor, the minimum system of the optical communication node equipment is designed, and the power supply technology of Ethernet is used to provide the stable power supply to the minimum system. At the same time, according to the function of the minimum system, it is divided into processor, memory, network port, serial debugging interface, power supply reset and other modules, and the design of each module is completed. Thus, the following objectives are achieved: 1) the optical communication node equipment can use the PoE system to supply power. (2) the minimum system based on MPC8306 can complete the monitoring and control of each service card of the system. (3) according to the special requirements of the system for electromagnetic compatibility, To solve the problem of electromagnetic interference (EMI) under special requirements, the software design of the system is completed and the system management is facilitated. In this paper, the main hardware circuits are designed, including PSEP, CPLD, reset circuit, clock distribution DDR2 circuit, Flash circuit and communication interface circuit. At the same time, the design method of Ethernet power supply system is analyzed in detail, the electromagnetic compatibility design in the hardware design of the system is explained in detail, and a reliable solution is put forward. The main program flow chart and configuration information of several main modules are given in order to control and monitor the business card.
