【摘要】：針對雷達組網(wǎng)探測能力的評估問題,采用魚骨圖法對影響雷達組網(wǎng)探測能力的多種因素進行梳理,得到結(jié)構(gòu)層次清晰的指標(biāo)評價體系。采用改進的區(qū)間層次分析—控制區(qū)間和記憶模型對該指標(biāo)體系進行評估,具體方法是:運用區(qū)間層次分析法構(gòu)造區(qū)間判斷矩陣;利用蛙跳算法求解區(qū)間判斷矩陣中滿足最小一致性的確定性矩陣;利用控制區(qū)間和記憶模型來確定各指標(biāo)的風(fēng)險概率,實現(xiàn)指標(biāo)體系的評估。以具體的案例為對象進行仿真實驗,結(jié)果表明,所提評估方法有效,評估結(jié)論相對客觀、可信,對雷達組網(wǎng)探測能力評估具有一定參考價值,從而為雷達組網(wǎng)的優(yōu)化部署奠定良好基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the evaluation of radar netting detection ability, fish bone map method is used to sort out many factors affecting radar netting detection ability, and a clear index evaluation system with clear structure is obtained. The improved interval analytic hierarchy process and memory model are used to evaluate the index system. The specific methods are as follows: using interval analytic hierarchy process to construct interval judgment matrix; The leapfrog algorithm is used to solve the deterministic matrix which satisfies the minimum consistency in the interval judgment matrix, and the control interval and memory model are used to determine the risk probability of each index and to realize the evaluation of the index system. The results show that the proposed evaluation method is effective, the evaluation conclusion is relatively objective and credible, and it has a certain reference value for the evaluation of radar netting detection ability. Thus, it lays a good foundation for the optimal deployment of radar network.
