【摘要】：當(dāng)前,生態(tài)危機(jī)問(wèn)題業(yè)已成為人類(lèi)亟待解決的全球性難題,嚴(yán)重影響了人類(lèi)的生存和發(fā)展,引起人類(lèi)的普遍關(guān)注和重視。西方國(guó)家率先興起的以保護(hù)環(huán)境為主題的生態(tài)運(yùn)動(dòng),增強(qiáng)了人們的生態(tài)意識(shí)。工業(yè)文明下人與自然日益突出的矛盾,引發(fā)了人們對(duì)資本主義制度的不滿(mǎn),而傳統(tǒng)社會(huì)主義國(guó)家生態(tài)問(wèn)題的出現(xiàn)又引起了人們的反思。生態(tài)運(yùn)動(dòng)與社會(huì)主義理論相結(jié)合產(chǎn)生了生態(tài)社會(huì)主義理論。首先,立足于生態(tài)社會(huì)主義產(chǎn)生的社會(huì)歷史背景,探討其理論淵源,即馬克思主義生態(tài)理論。馬克思恩格斯的生態(tài)理論在其整個(gè)理論結(jié)構(gòu)中處于支柱性地位,其生態(tài)觀(guān)點(diǎn)之間存在著內(nèi)在邏輯。在此基礎(chǔ)上,系統(tǒng)梳理了西方學(xué)者對(duì)馬克思恩格斯的生態(tài)詰難,深入剖析生態(tài)社會(huì)主義者對(duì)馬克思主義的生態(tài)辯護(hù)。其次,探討生態(tài)社會(huì)主義的理論內(nèi)涵�；�于對(duì)資本主義展開(kāi)的生態(tài)批判,生態(tài)社會(huì)主義指出,生態(tài)危機(jī)的根源在于資本主義制度及其生產(chǎn)方式本身。發(fā)達(dá)資本主義國(guó)家進(jìn)行的各種構(gòu)建綠色資本主義的嘗試,雖有成效,終與資本主義的趨利本性相違背,具有不可持續(xù)性。其理想社會(huì)圖景生態(tài)社會(huì)主義社會(huì),建立在社會(huì)主義制度基礎(chǔ)上、堅(jiān)持人類(lèi)中心主義立場(chǎng)、倡導(dǎo)“穩(wěn)態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)”的發(fā)展模式,有著獨(dú)特的政治文化要求。再次,針對(duì)蘇聯(lián)等傳統(tǒng)社會(huì)主義國(guó)家資源環(huán)境、農(nóng)業(yè)等方面出現(xiàn)的生態(tài)問(wèn)題,生態(tài)社會(huì)主義作出了理性分析,并指出傳統(tǒng)社會(huì)主義國(guó)家生態(tài)問(wèn)題的出現(xiàn)在于其政治干預(yù)原則、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展模式及陷入的增長(zhǎng)極限。在此基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)傳統(tǒng)社會(huì)主義國(guó)家的生態(tài)教訓(xùn),分析和闡述發(fā)展中國(guó)家可持續(xù)發(fā)展所面臨的資本、科技及人口等深層難題。最后,深入解讀生態(tài)社會(huì)主義理論的啟示。以馬克思主義生態(tài)理論為指導(dǎo),構(gòu)建歷史唯物主義基礎(chǔ)上的生態(tài)文明論,正確處理人與自然關(guān)系背后的人與人的關(guān)系。在此基礎(chǔ)上,梳理他國(guó)生態(tài)治理可供借鑒的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。分析中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義生態(tài)文明建設(shè)亟待解決的基礎(chǔ)性問(wèn)題,所面臨的挑戰(zhàn)與機(jī)遇,系統(tǒng)闡述我國(guó)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的制度優(yōu)勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:At present, the ecological crisis has become a global problem to be solved by human beings, which has seriously affected the survival and development of human beings, and aroused the universal concern and attention of human beings. The increasingly prominent contradiction between man and nature in industrial civilization has aroused people's dissatisfaction with the capitalist system. However, the emergence of ecological problems in traditional socialist countries has aroused people's reflection. The combination of ecological movement and socialist theory has produced the theory of ecological socialism. First, based on the social and historical background of the emergence of ecological socialism, Discussing its theoretical origin, namely Marxist ecological theory, Marx and Engels' ecological theory is in a pillar position in its whole theoretical structure, and there is internal logic between its ecological views. This paper systematically combs the ecological heckling of Marx and Engels by western scholars, deeply analyzes the ecological defense of Marxism by ecological socialists. Secondly, it probes into the theoretical connotation of ecological socialism, based on the ecological criticism of capitalism. Ecological socialism points out that the root of the ecological crisis lies in the capitalist system and its mode of production. Its ideal social vision is ecological socialist society, which is based on the socialist system, adheres to the position of anthropocentrism, and advocates the development mode of "steady economy". There are unique political and cultural requirements. Thirdly, the ecological socialism has made a rational analysis of the ecological problems in the areas of resources, environment and agriculture in the Soviet Union and other traditional socialist countries. It is pointed out that the emergence of ecological problems in traditional socialist countries lies in the principle of political intervention, the mode of economic development and the limit of growth. On this basis, the ecological lessons of traditional socialist countries are summarized. This paper analyzes and expounds the deep problems of capital, science and technology and population in the sustainable development of developing countries. Finally, the enlightenment of the theory of ecological socialism is deeply interpreted, which is guided by Marxist ecological theory. Constructing the ecological civilization theory on the basis of historical materialism, correctly dealing with the relationship between man and nature behind the relationship between man and nature. This paper combs the experience that other countries can use for reference, analyzes the basic problems that need to be solved urgently in the construction of ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics, the challenges and opportunities faced by them, and systematically expounds the institutional advantages of the construction of ecological civilization in China.
