【摘要】：正20世紀(jì)90年代以來,以網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)為支撐的信息技術(shù)革命浪潮席卷全球,人類社會主要的物質(zhì)和精神生活要素,如資源、技術(shù)、資本、知識和權(quán)力等幾乎都被轉(zhuǎn)換成為信息并在網(wǎng)絡(luò)上傳播,不斷擴(kuò)容的網(wǎng)絡(luò)虛擬世界已不單純是現(xiàn)實世界的鏡像和映射,更成為與之相互影響并共同演進(jìn)的"新大陸"。然而,"新大陸"與現(xiàn)實"舊世界"之間卻存在天然張力,突出地表現(xiàn)為它對從"舊世界"移植而來的治理方式有選擇地進(jìn)
[Abstract]:Since the 1990s, the information technology revolution, supported by network technology, has swept the world. The main material and spiritual elements of human society, such as resources, technology, capital, are the main elements of human life. Knowledge and power have almost been transformed into information and spread on the network. The expanding virtual world is not only the mirror image and mapping of the real world, but also the "new continent" which influences each other and evolves together. However, there is a natural tension between the "New World" and the real "Old World", which is highlighted by its selective entry into the governance mode transplanted from the "Old World".
