【摘要】：馬克思主義人口理論最初是由馬克思恩格斯創(chuàng)立,后經(jīng)列寧斯大林的發(fā)展,再經(jīng)中國馬克思主義經(jīng)典作家不斷豐富而形成的科學(xué)理論體系,是馬克思主義理論體系的重要組成部分,也是我們進(jìn)行人口研究、制定人口政策進(jìn)而解決人口問題的指導(dǎo)思想和基本原則。新中國成立后至改革開放期間,我國的人口實(shí)踐就是在馬克思主義人口理論的指導(dǎo)下開展的,這一過程既有成功的經(jīng)驗(yàn)也有失敗的教訓(xùn)。改革開放后,隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)軌和社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型,我國現(xiàn)實(shí)社會(huì)又出現(xiàn)了諸多亟待解決的新的人口問題。本文梳理了馬克思主義人口理論的基本內(nèi)容,主要包括：馬克思主義人口的內(nèi)涵、兩種生產(chǎn)理論、人口普遍規(guī)律理論、人口相對(duì)過剩規(guī)律理論、人口發(fā)展與社會(huì)發(fā)展理論、人口城市化與人口遷移理論。概括了馬克思主義人口理論的特點(diǎn),即科學(xué)性,開放性和人本性。分析了馬克思主義人口理論在中國現(xiàn)實(shí)社會(huì)的踐行,運(yùn)用馬克思主義人口理論對(duì)中國人口政策給予了評(píng)價(jià),并對(duì)解決當(dāng)今中國現(xiàn)實(shí)社會(huì)的人口問題提出對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:The population theory of Marxism was first founded by Marx and Engels, then developed by Lenin and Stalin, and then formed by the scientific theory system formed by the enrichment of classical Chinese Marxist writers.It is an important part of Marxist theoretical system, and also the guiding ideology and basic principle for us to carry out population research, formulate population policy and solve population problems.During the period from the founding of New China to the reform and opening up period, the population practice of our country was carried out under the guidance of Marxist population theory.After the reform and opening up, with the economic transition and social transformation, there are many new population problems that need to be solved.This paper reviews the basic contents of Marxist population theory, including: the connotation of Marxist population, two kinds of production theories, the theory of universal law of population, the theory of relative surplus law of population, the theory of population development and social development.Theory of population urbanization and population Migration.This paper summarizes the characteristics of Marxist population theory, that is, scientific, open and human nature.This paper analyzes the practice of Marxist population theory in China's real society, evaluates China's population policy by using Marxist population theory, and puts forward countermeasures to solve the population problems in China's real society today.
